Brother Pike wants you to kill few K'thir cultists. Check out ship hold if no mobs on the deck.
To disrupt K'thir rituals you have to use provided Tidal Kris

This quest along with all the others on the ship currently having a rather annoying bug. When you use a AOE spell, Like a DK's Howling blast, it will affect and engage everything within range, regardless of what level below or above it is. Resulting in rather heavy pulls.

Quest Name:	Start and description	Finish
1. Voices Below	Brother Pike - Go on norts on Bridge and speak with him you will see animation. After that go to Tidecross is on north after bridge.	Brother Pike
2. Beneath the Veil	Brother Pike - You need to dispel the Writhing Grasps. Is 3 of them: Writhing Grasp, Writhing Grasp and Writhing Grasp. For that use Abyssal Beacon have big range. They are on north.	Brother Pike
3. A Bloody Mess	Brother Pike - You need to collect 20 Tideblood. Is two ways of get them they droping from Frothing Tideblood ( 1-2 drop in one ) or you can find them in Sealed Tideblood ( It contains 4-6 of them ). All on north.	Brother Pike
4. No Quarter	Taelia - Kill 8 Skeletal Sailors and 4 Tidesage Seacallers. Same like in previous quest all on north.	Taelia
5. From the Maw of Madness	Taelia - At first you need to found Samuel Williams. He is on ship on north on top level. When you will get there you will need to kill Brother Halsey after that take down Samuel Williams HP 15% and He will be saved.	Samuel Williams
6. Forbidden Rites	Brother Pike - Kill 15 K'thir and disrupt 6 rituals. All on ship. To stop rituals use Tidal Kris.	Brother Pike
7. Gathering Storm	Brother Pike - Place 4 Focusing Rod on the Abyssal Melody( on ship ).	Brother Pike
8. Storm's Vengeance	Brother Pike - Use extra action bar you need to be next to Brother Pike to destroy the Abyssal Melody. After finishing this quest you will reach part of Stormsong and Dance.	Brother Pike

If the quest item isn't working, try right-clicking it in your bags instead of using the button in the objective frame. Thought it was bugged until I did that.

All four of the focusing rods can be found below deck on the ship. Plenty of mobs to kill too

The kris wasn't working for me, but it did after I dropped and got the quest again.

As a caster, these quests sucked because I kept getting line-of-sight errors when the mobs are right in front of me. I couldn't even cast health funnel sometimes to my pet.

Not completely fixed yet. The Kris works on some of its intended targets and not others; the fail rate is about 20-30% but their attendant mobs all work. LoS issues are still there as of today although you can usually deal with them by getting up close and personal with the mob, assuming you want to.

Quite possibly the worst hit detection out of anything I've ever seen in this game. Sometimes the Tidal Kris works just fine which leads me to believe it's the ritual circles they screwed up.

I finally got it to work by standing RIGHT INSIDE the purple glyph and using it (so standing on top of a fanatical acolyte). Forget the "works within 20 yards" stuff!

This quest was a line of sight nightmare. It was okay when I was on the top deck of the ship, but down below, I kept getting the "target not in line of sight" message until I was standing directly on top of them, sometimes even then. It's extremely irritating when the mobs can hit me just fine, but I have to spend 30 seconds backpedaling into some sweet spot where the game actually works. Buggy, broken mess of a quest.

After some tests, a somewhat sure-way to "disrupt the rituals" can be done. Before killing the K'thir, use the Kris right next to both NPCs to trigger it. After killing the Mob, I found no way to disrupt the ritual and the guy just sits there in the circle.
Regarding Line of sight, it's horrible. Some spots don't even let you use melee skills.

Even now it still appears to be a buggy mess. The life of sight errors are still an issue. My quest log doesnt show the kris or anything. Thanks to a comment here, I checked my bag and found the item and had to right click it repeatedly from there, otherwise i would not have noticed it in my full bags. This whole set was a nuisance. oy.

Description

These k'thir have been hiding among us, sowing the seeds of their dark masters with us none the wiser. With the barrier around the Abyssal Melody lowered I can peer within; its bowels toil with my own people giving themselves to the shadow! Take my tidal kris; its blade is now coated in purified tideblood. Put an end to these fiends and their foul rituals.
