To complete the quest you have to kill mobs at Addington Shipywards.
After killing a mob, stay nearby and use provided Dead Ringer to recover the soul.
Better pull few mobs and kill them close to each other, so Dead Ringer recovers few souls at once.

Im so stuck. I don't have the ringer on the quest where you run over the magic bridge. I have abandon the quest and took it again but no ringer. Please help :/

3. Unnecessary Duress	Brother Pike - Rejuvenate 8 Exhausted Laborer use for that Imbued Tidewater they are on west from you.	Brother Pike
4. Proclamation Investigation	Brother Pike - You need to read 3 Stormsong Proclamation in same place on west.	Brother Pike
5. Haywire Harvesters	Taelia - You need to get 1 Drenched Mainspring is droping from Rewired Harvester is low rate for drop.	Taelia
6. The Rising Tide	Taelia - You need to kill Sister Ava You can find her on norteast on ship.	Taelia

14. The Missing Link	Charred Note - You can find this note on ground next to dead body before The Brineworks. You need to kill Tideguard Pontus and pick up from him Architect's Cipher. Is on norteast in The Brineworks.	Samuel Williams
15. Storm's Judgment	Brother Pike - Move to layson & sons rigging and for Brother Pike. Speak with him after that will start conversation with Wavespeaker Reid they will start fight, 3 waves to kill on 4th wave Wavespeaker Reid will call Riptide after which he will escape. Now you need to kill Riptide and back to Seafarer's Rest. Finishing this quest you will reach part of Stormsong and Dance.	Brother Pike

When I completed this quest, Pike ran off and disappeared before I could accept the next quest (probably because another player next to me accepted the quest). You can get the quest from Pike at 66.2 56.4

There are a few corpses lying around when you get there and each group of corpses will count for one recovered soul. Don't make the same mistake I did and assume that's how the mechanics of the quest work. You can also recover souls from mobs you kill yourself and you'll get plenty of chances to do that.

I see the quest on the map (yellow exclamation point) but not on the mini-map. I abandoned the quest where you need to ring a bell over corpses because I was never given the bell. Might have something to do with this bug.

Lost, Not Forgotten

CAUTION: I use the action bar addon ButtonForge, and I found that the Dead Ringer
did NOT work when used from one of those bars! It will work fine from the Quest Item Icon
in the QuestLog or a dragged icon on one of the STANDARD Blizzard UI action bars.

I found it worked whether I had my warlock's felguard out OR dismissed, but YMMV...
at least it is worth checking for your class minion if applicable and you are having problems.

Dear Blizzard, please teach Brother Pike how to NOT stand on the dead bodies from which we need to recover souls.

Doing this questline for Loremaster and saw some confusion about where Brother Pike is and how to get the quest

The marker on the map is wrong, I found him at 66.34, 56.52

Description

I know not what madness has overtaken my people, but we must stop it together. Take this bell. It calls the souls of the recently deceased to it for later release. We Stormsong do not bury our dead in the earth. The tides claim all. If they will not answer to reason, then we must give them eternal peace. Fallen or not, they are Stormsong.
