3. Unnecessary Duress	Brother Pike - Rejuvenate 8 Exhausted Laborer use for that Imbued Tidewater they are on west from you.	Brother Pike
4. Proclamation Investigation	Brother Pike - You need to read 3 Stormsong Proclamation in same place on west.	Brother Pike
5. Haywire Harvesters	Taelia - You need to get 1 Drenched Mainspring is droping from Rewired Harvester is low rate for drop.	Taelia

15. Storm's Judgment	Brother Pike - Move to layson & sons rigging and for Brother Pike. Speak with him after that will start conversation with Wavespeaker Reid they will start fight, 3 waves to kill on 4th wave Wavespeaker Reid will call Riptide after which he will escape. Now you need to kill Riptide and back to Seafarer's Rest. Finishing this quest you will reach part of Stormsong and Dance.	Brother Pike

Let me get this straight. We had an entire expansion about fighting the Legion, who collected souls to use as fuel for spells. Now, our new allies are giving us a nice shiny bell... which collects souls to use as fuel for spells.

Pike ran off and disappeared before I could accept the quest (probably because another player next to me accepted the quest). You can get the quest from Pike at 66.2 56.4

I forgot to go back to Taelia for The Rising Tide to kill Sister Ava. It won't move forward until that is completed too.

Description

This passage flows through the Shrine of the Storm out into the open sea. We will release the souls of the fallen here. Legends say that as our spirits pass through the Shrine, they aid in the great blessing rituals that all Kul Tiran ships undergo. In that way, we Stormsong never stop serving our people.
