Quest Name:	Start and description	Finish
1. The Road to Corlain	Marshal Everit Reade - You need to travel to Watchman's Rise in Drustvar is on north.	Marshal Everit Reade
2. The First Watch	Marshal Everit Reade - You will raid tower :D go on top of it and kill Sister Adela.	Marshal Everit Reade
3. A Weather Eye	Marshal Everit Reade - Go speak with Inquisitor Notley He is on back of tower outside you will get from him Falconer's Whistle. Then Press on Winston to start scouting 3 places. Don't fly to low you can be killd.	Marshal Everit Reade
4. A Steady Ballast	Marshal Everit Reade - You need to find Angus Ballaster He is at the Corlain Armor in basement. After you will speak with him you will be attack by 3 mobs ( don't come outside basement until fight will finish ).	Marshal Everit Reade
5. Precious Metals	Lucille Waycrest - You need to collect 10 Silver Nugget you can find them in mine on east.	Lucille Waycrest
6. An Improvised Arsenal	Lucille Waycrest - You need to help Angus Ballaster to made a wapon. First pick up Battered Hand Cannon then Credit - Gun Placed and at finish wait for presentation of new gun.	Angus Ballaster
7. Witchrending	Lucille Waycrest - You need to kill 3 witches: Matron Ceridwen, Matron Adeline and Matron Letitia. All under tower on northwest.	Lucille Waycrest

So, for those like me that leveled up without questing in Drustvar, to unlock the Watchman's Rise flight path, you need to start the questline at Hangman's Point that involves Lucille Waycrest being hanged.

The Waycrest Daughter

Follow Lucille's questline and it will intertwine with Marshal Everit Reade allowing you to finish the questchain to unlock the flight path.

End of the quest is bugged, can't hop on the gryphons to head back to camp. Can still be turned in by heading there on foot, but don't drive yourself crazy logging in/out and resetting the UI, just take the short hike. :)

The title of this quest might be a reference to the Jill Ker Conway memoir, The Road from Coorain.

The part with the gryffins is bugged but I did get it to work. Turn off addons, reload UI, log out, log back in. Had to do it twice but it did fix it so I didn't have to run back. Put in a bug report cause it looks like this bug has been around awhile and still not fixed but hopefully this will help anyone else having issues in the meantime.

The ending portion where you click on a gryphon to ride it to Arom's Stand is still bugged but all you have to do is wait a couple of minutes and it "fixes" itself. When the option to ride first becomes available, three gryphons can be selected from. When only one can be selected, click on it and it should take you to Arom's Stand and continue the quest.

Meet with Marshal Reade at Watchman's Rise in Drustvar.

Description

Lord and Lady Waycrest lay trapped in Waycrest Manor. Before we can reach them, however, we must brave through the city of Corlain... which is firmly in the grasp of the Heartsbane. Our first course of action should be to set up a forward outpost. Our scouts have found that the tower at Watchman's Rise is only lightly guarded. I recommend we take the tower from them. This is now your command, Inquisitor. Say the word, and we ride.
