This quest line is available at level 100+, but appears to require a certain amount of your Order Hall Campaign to be completed.

This is the first in a quest chain as follows:

Completing these quests unlocks a tint for your Classic Artifact weapon skin.

A Falling Star

This quest is picked up from Archmage Khadgar in Dalaran, in the Violet Citadel. After this, you will take a flight path at Krasus Landing that takes you to Suramar.

Once you land, you will be on a beach, and you may notice an Abandoned Ballista or two, and a Jandvik Banner.

If you are level 108 or less, I would ADVISE AGAINST clicking the banner! This banner is a a Rare mob encounter, which spawns a few waves of mobs, after which King Morgalash spawns. This banner/mob encounter has nothing to do with the quest!

This is what you want to do instead (make sure to do these steps in order, rather than going straight to the cave!):

Search the crash site - head to , which is due east of the island. Swim down to find the area (Looks like a swirly spot in a crevice on the ocean floor)*
Investigate the Cave - The cave entrance is at .*
Mysterious Lightbound Object - kill Yorg Murkmouth in the cave, and loot Mysterious Lightbound Object.

*Watch that you don't run out of breath!

After you return to Dalaran, you turn in the quest in the Chamber of the Guardian (take the port at the center of Dalaran).

Bringer of the Light

The completion of this quest is in spoiler tags, for those who want to figure it out and complete it themselves. I've listed what happens next, as well as tips for completing this quest.

Khadgar opens up a portal to the Exodar, and taking it starts the scenario "In Defense of the Exodar". As with any scenario, you can right-click your portrait and "Leave Instance Group" (even if you are solo) to leave and start again.

Step 1 is to find the Prophet Velen in the Vault of the Lights. Just make your way to the area marked on the map, killing demons on the way. If you happen to aggro a bunch, just kite them to Velen, as they will be incinerated by the dome of light surrounding him.
Step 2 involves A) Rescuing 12 Terrified Exodar Citizens and B) Destroying 8 Fel Portals.

All of the portals are marked on the map, and there are many more portals than you will need scattered through the Exodar.
When doing this step, its best to skirt your way around edges of the rooms. If you stand in the middle of pathways, the stream of demons running towards Velen can easily aggro and overwhelm you! Find corners and alcoves that avoid the steady stream of mobs that spawn.
Beware of patrols, as there are groups of demons all over the place and its easy to get overrun.
Terrified Exodar Citizens are typically around the edges of rooms, corners, behind structures/boxes, in covered rooms, etc.

Some are children, so are smaller and easy to miss
They are marked on your minimap, so this a great way to track them down
Extra (Optional) Stuff:

BONUS QUEST: There is an extra quest available from Farseer Nobundo at 44.8, 9.4 in the Crystal Hall. This grants some gear and XP; it involves surviving 3 waves of demons, then killing Karzak the Impaler after these waves. As a DPS class doing this, it was quite a challenge! Mobs spawn frequently, and you must rely on the NPCs to help (i.e. stay near them). Farseer Nobundo will also heal you.

When you are to face Karzak the Impaler, I would suggest saving all of your DPS cooldowns (or healing, for that matter) for this encounter. The NPCs tank him, so dying is not a concern; rather, if this takes to long, Nobundo will bite the dust and this quest will fail!
If you want to complete this optional quest, you MUST pick it up before completing the Step 2 objectives (Portals and Terrified Citizens) or else it will not be available!
There is an (optional) bonus objective active during the scenario (you'll see the objective progress bar). Completing it by killing demons will net you some gold and experience.
A rare spawn NPC (Huk'roth the Huntmaster) was found at in the Trader's Tier. He is surrounded by Felhounds, which can be killed in smaller groups to avoid being overwhelmed.

Step 3 is to return to Velen, and allow him to examine the Mysterious Lightbound Object
Step 4 is to escort Velen to the Seat of the Naaru
Step 5 involves defeating High General Rakeesh. There is a very interesting reveal that occurs through this - I won't say what it is though!

Other commenters stated that you can tag High General Rakeesh and let the NPCs kill him, but doesn't appear to work anymore - you have to fight him yourself. That being said, it seems they may have made this encounter more manageable, as the NPCs do help, and will heal you.
After this, simply use Khadgar's Beacon to return to Dalaran.

Light's Charge

After completing Bringer of the Light, you receive Light's Charge, which has you return Light's Heart to your Order Hall. At this point you unlock one of the tints for your Classic Artifact weapon skin (part of the criteria for Fighting with Style: Classic).

Yeah, that's a great idea! Let's take the Light's Heart, holiest of the holy, to sit in the order hall that houses all of the Death Knights. Dang it, Khadgar! We're going to get holy radiation poisoning! Why do you do this?

So, im a lvl 110 DH and i just completed the 1st illidan vision. So i go to talk with lights heart and she doesnt give me a quest to continue the chain. Is it a weekly thing? Is it bugged? idk any suggestions? So far im up to my campaign where i retrieve the sargarite keystone from the vault.

The quest is kind of buggy. Noticed that as a Death Knight I could not turn the quest in it did not even have a turn in location. The question mark would show up in the lower lvl but not the upper lvl. I managed to finally get the quest to work after going to my table in my order hall and selecting the next spot to invade on the scouting map. After that the quest was able to be turned in on the forge level right behind where you speak to Korgaz Deadaxe to summon more Ebon Knights for table quests. After finishing the quest to select a new area the quest worked fine the the question mark appeared in the correct place.

I like how Khadgar says "But we must remain vigilant!" while speaking about Velen... while "Remain vigilant!" is a standard draenei saying when closing a text window :)

There is one place on Azeroth that I would trust with the safekeeping of the object: your order hall.

Khadgar, my order hall is literally a sewer right under your feet filled with thieves, pickpockets, pirates, criminals and other untrustworthy scum of the underworld. Additionally, right next door to our part of the sewers, we have the Underbelly which is run by easily bribeable and corrupt guards who let hundred's of people murder each other for currency in order to buy items of value. This is literally the most untrustworthy order hall you could request to place Light's Heart in.

This quest is not required for continuing the class order hall campaigns.

Netherlight Temple? Watched over by Velen who has personal, vested interest in protecting it, in a place away from the broken isles, hidden from pretty much EVERYONE including the Legion who never find it until the end of the class campaign. A+ choice.

Lights Hope Chapel? Thematically resonant, out of the way, well hidden, and staffed by devout protectors of the Light. Yes, definitely.

Halls of Valor? Protected by a deity and generally unreachable. Solid choice.

Wandering Isle? Out of the way, and monks are, uh, honorable and trained and stuff, so it's a trustworthy and safe spot.

Hall of the Guardian? Hidden inside Dalaran, which is in the midst of the conflict but also pretty solidly defended, staffed by magic experts; This is effectively Khadgar saying "Yeah I could personally watch it here but I'll leave that to you instead."

Dreamgrove? Okay, druids aren't really followers of the Light but they're good people, light of Elune and all that... even if this does put it in a zone that gets invaded by the legion every couple days.

Trueshot Lodge? Hunters should at least be pretty vigilant I guess, even if you're putting it right into the middle of the broken isles where the legion attacks every so often.

The Fel Hammer? Okay, yeah, it's a pocket dimension once owned by the legion, so they know where it is and whatnot, but it's also being guarded by demon hunters. It's pretty dang safe from demons at the least.

The Maelstrom? Uh... well, it's not exactly IN the Broken Isles, even if it's really close by... and the shaman are pretty okay with the light I guess?

The Underbelly? Yeah okay it's in Dalaran, but not in the actually secure spots, in the seedy underground. Granted, it's secret and all that, but you kind of have to worry about someone selling you out, dude.

Archerus? Uh... it's literally floating right over the enemy stronghold, and staffed by a bunch of undead who may have opposed the original evil Lich King but are kind of listening to the new one who keeps asking them to do morally dubious stuff.

Mardum? ... Demon pocket realm crewed by demons and demon controllers. The HIFL you thinking?

I thought I was safe as a druid from Dhadgar's disembodied head if I didn't enter the Dreamgrove. Today I was trick or treating at Light's Hope Chapel and I get to hear about how he's trying something new. Send help.

Ok strange things going on.. I ran the above script to see completion and it responds with "true" however if I am in my class hall light's heart IS NOT visible or showing in the location it's supposed to be in. How do I resolve this?

Description

"You did not ask for this burden, but it is what fate has deemed." Turalyon's haunting last words still echo in my mind. I worry about the fate of the draenei... about the fate of my friend, Velen; but we must remain vigilant, <name>!

For now, Light's Heart remains under your watchful eye. There is one place on Azeroth that I would trust with the safekeeping of the object: your order hall. Take it there, <name>. I will remain in Dalaran and continue looking for answers. There must be another way!
