The Pure Holy Light doesn't come from just ANY mission. Rather there are specific missions: Holy Ground: The Sunwell, Holy Ground: Uther's Tomb, Holy Ground: Light's Hope Chapel, Holy Ground: The Exodar & Holy Ground: Auchindoun

Another will be available within minutes of completing the first, but never 2 at a time.

After completing all 5 missions, as mentioned by saskiaderksen, TURN IN Awakening the Light BEFORE sending your champions out on more missions. You will get the follow quest: Infiltrating Our Enemies which will require your champions

After completing the last Pure Holy Light mission, do not send your champions on the next mission before handing in this quest and picking up the next. You will need your champions for this quest Infiltrating Our Enemies

This comes after a dungeon quest that sends you to get a Spark of Light from Halls of Valor. It's a bit different from most of the other class quests that do not send you to a dungeon before issuing their 5/5 missions. So if you can't advance, you should make sure you do the dungeon quests!

Beware completing this via the companion app right now!

I completed the Holy Ground: Auchindoun mission via the app last night and when I logged in there's no credit and I cannot release another light spark into the sanctuary of light.

Reported in game - just wanted to give you a little warning.
