The final part of the quest is completed in Netherlight Temple (the Priest Class Hall). The Spark of Light will not be in your inventory, but appears as a button when you approach Saa'ra.

It can be a little difficult to see the quest turn in. It's right underneath her.

Just in case anyone is as stupid as I am, I thought there was a drop from the Dungeon Boss. There isn't. Once you beat the boss, return to the temple of light in your class hall and a big button will be available to you. Press it and feel smarter than me.

Im such a dork, I kept thinking the turn in point was in the dungeon....err derp, its in the order hall :( so fail

Just in case you get stuck. You need to complete the full dungeon before you can turn in the quest to your class hall.

This quest might be bugged? I have run Halls of Valor 3 times, each time abandoning the quest and picking it up from Faol. My process for running is as follows:

Kill Hyrja and loot the body which contains the Spark of Light. However it does not show up in my inventory despite having the "You looted X" message in the chat window. I also do not see 1/1 spark of light here, but I assume that this objective will be completed at Netherlight Temple under Saa'ra.
Complete the dungeon aka fight Odyn.
Head back to Netherlight temple.
Head to the room that Saa'ra is in. From what I understand in these comments there is supposed to be an activity button that appears (much like the Aegis gives you in Halls of Valor when fighting Skorvald). However there is no such button to press. Reloading/relogging/etc. does not seem to work.

Currently I'm stuck as I cannot progress through the Priest Class Hall campaign. Spark of Light remains 0/1. Am I missing something? Should I file a bug report?

Halls of Valor: The Light Within

Recover a Spark of Light from Hyrja within the Halls of Valor dungeon.

Description

We cannot ignore the Prophet's vision, <name>. To do so would mean that everything we know and hold dear will be lost to the Legion.

We must focus on what we know, and that is that the Light must walk among us.

Within the Halls of Valor you will find an ascending val'kyr by the name of Hyrja. Recover a spark of her Light and release it within our temple.
