This sounds like an amazing talent for lower level content and low keys where most mobs won't even survive the length of any of your DoTs.
But falls off hard once fights start taking long enough to use multiple DoTs.

I've played WOW since open Beta for Vanilla and I stuggle to think of a talent that ever fascinated me more!
For leveling this utterly insane... If you play it right, essentially every mob with a reasonable healthpool just keels over dead at 35%
But during leveling you also face some mini bosses: Again it works perfectly for that! The massive bleeds on the target take care of most of the fight and once the bosses health drops through 35%, you set up a nice new round of full DOTS and it also dies quickly after that.
I don't PVP anymore, but this talent made me curious enough to open on a dude in a cave, here is how it went:

I opened with the massively buffed Garrote, did Ambush to full points into Crimson, Cheap Shot, Ambush again up to a 7 point Rupture...
By now he was out of CC and I was around half health, PUMPING with adrenaline, I think I did a partial Envenom, remembered sticking him with a quick shiv, as I Vanished...
Here comes the funny bit:
I didn't Cloak the Vanish and missed the fact I had something on me that took me out of stealth roughly 50 yards from him...
He closed quickly with a Charge and as his first hit landed . . .
... he keels over, dead... :-D

Keep in mind I leveled 5 80s this expansion so far and that was the first and only combat on a player so far. So I couldn't be more rusty and worse at PVP as I am right now...
I love this talent so much!

this appears to be broken in Delves, as it has not procced a single time for me after multiple runs.
