Chieftain Oomooroo is at 47, 15. Crazed Wildkins are in the cave on your way. It is good to do this quest at the same time as "10: Search Stillpine Hold." (http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=9565)

For anyone that was curious, nothing actually happens if you help the Stillpine raiders "win". They reach the back of the cave before the kraken and they just despawn. (Handing in this quest causes a scripted event for some Stillpine furbolgs to attack and "take back" the cave).

1. Chieftain Oomooroo
• Accept the quest, Chieftain Oomooroo, from Stillpine the Younger at coords 46.8, 21.2.
• Enter the Stillpine Hold cave (entrance at coords: 45.4, 19.3).
• Take the path on the right when you reach the fork at coords 33.0, 72.7.
• Cross the log bridge at coords 45.2, 57.0.
• Defeat Chieftain Oomooroo, located on the other side of the log bridge.
• Kill 9 Crazed Wildkin.
• Exit the cave.
• Once outside the cave, travel to coords 46.8, 21.2
• Turn in the quest to Stillpine the Younger.

Stillpine the Younger at Stillpine Hold on Azuremyst Isle wants you to slay Chieftain Oomooroo and 9 Crazed Wildkin.

Description

I am Stillpine the Younger, heir to the Stillpine legacy. As you can see, my defenders have set up a death trap for the raving wildkin that attack from inside Stillpine Hold. While we are able to hold them off out here, none of my defenders have been able to infiltrate the hold. If you could get inside and slay their leader, it might give us an opportunity to strike!

Find Chieftain Oomooroo and destroy him. Slay any crazed wildkin that you encounter inside as well.
