From Dalaran take the portal to Stormwind at Greyfang Enclave. From Stormwind take the portal to Hyjal. From Hyjal fly to Azshara. The mission requires you to be stealthy.

This is a part of chain that leading you to obtain Marin Noggenfogger as Follower on lvl 109.

Chain has 3 quests, starts directly from Marin Noggenfogger in Rogue Order Hall.

1. Noggenfogger's Reasonable Request
Basicly just buy 20 Aethril on Auction House. It is really cheap.
2. A Particularly Potent Potion
Fly directly on flying mount at the center of area and do quest by talking with npc and watching over for guards with Detection. IMPORTANT! This must be done in stealth.
3. Champion: Marin Noggenfogger
Just pick him ;)

I talk to her and nothing happens and if I approach in stealth and then talk to her I leave stealth and nothing happens. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

Trixyni Rustclamp is your first target, and when you talk to her, this is what she says:

Hit up Izak the bartender, he should know how to get the key to the safe. If he won't talk, just remind him that he owes me for 'the you know what' in 'the you know where' ... got it?

The only amusing thing about this quest was the name of the location: Gallywix Pleasure Palace. Populated mostly by security - ogres with 10x my health (scales up) and goblin security dressed in black suits. Mook the ogre will detect you, break your stealth and security will swarm you. Dead.

Do all the steps as fast as possible:

Talk to Trixyni at 21.4, 55.8. She's at the edge of the pool closest to the landing platform
Run over to Izak at the other end of the pool under the party lights at 20.8, 58.0.
Run to the nearby smaller building at 20.1, 59.1. It contains one room (red). Trade Prince Gallywix is lying down and won't interact or attack you but Mook and security may locate you there. As soon as you walk in, look to your left. Galywix's safe key is a key ring on the wall and has a faint sparkle.
Run to the next building which seems to be an inn. Don't interact with the npc's. Run upstairs and into the empty bedroom with the spotted quilt at 19.9, 56.0. The nightstand to your left contains love potion #6. Hearth out.

If you're about to go down, die at the location of the next quest object, particularly if the next location is a building. That way you can rez undetected inside.

First, fly to Azshara and find there Gallywix Pleasure Palace, coordinates are 20 54. There'll be 110 level guards, so be careful. Speak with Trixyni, she's next to palms at 21.5 55.8 point.
Then you have to talk with Izak, you can find him near the pool.
Next step is stealing keys from Prince, you'll find them on the wall inside a building at 20.0 59.0 place.
Go in the house of the Prince and get to the second floor. There you'll see a chest next to a bed. Unlock it and get back to Class Hall.

A big thing to note is that if one of the hunking guards is trolling around an area you need to go into you can use your rogue "bribe" ability to use him as a pet for 5 minutes. This allows you to control as such so you can move him out of the way, complete the quest, and then hearth before he even figures out you gave him fool's gold.

The new Gallywix model as of 7.2 does not seem to have the correct animation when he is laying in the Sauna, he just stands perfectly rigid on the bench.

When you are in the building with Gallywix, if you stand in the "Southern Corner" of the building, the Patrolling Mob with detect Stealth doesn't come close enough to see you. I found this out by backing away from his circle, thinking "well, if he see's me I have all my CD up. I might be able to get away."

What a garbage quest. The mooks can spot you through walls and you can't get close enough to sap them or grapple past them without getting spotted and swarmed.

Get around the mountain to the right spot on the East side (sorry forgot to take down coords) and you will get a Loaner Rocket, once you get up top you will almost immediately die.

For those of you that haven't gotten to flying level the game gives you a loaner rocket when you get close.

Post Shadowlands, ignore the quest tips to get you there.
Everything has changed since then and until the quest gets updated, it won't help you.

Go to Stormwind.
Take Flight Path to Booty Bay.
Take the Ship to Ratchet in Kalimdor,
Fly to Forest Song, Ashenvale.
Get on flying mount and now you will see where you need to go next.
Stealth around the area to get what you need.
Expect to die a couple of times before you get the Love Potion, it's upstairs.
Once complete, hearth back to Dalaran to turn it in.

Description

I've got a proposition for ya, <name>!

Word has it that Trade Prince Gallywix recently acquired a priceless, one-of-a-kind love potion. There's only one goblin who can replicate it and you're looking at him! Get me that potion and I can make us both richer than kings!

The pleasure palace is located in Azshara and it has been on high alert since the war started. Gallywix isn't letting anybody in except his personal staff, but I know a girl on the inside!

Find her and she'll get you to the safe!
