Easy way to do this quest (kill and loot 100 demons).
Go to Illidari Stand in Azsuna, stand next to a demon-zap pillar, tag demons, let NPCs and the pillar kill them.
Takes less than 10 minutes to finish.

In Azuna stand at /way 41.8 44.9 next to the demon Zap beacon and in a few minutes it will be done. Constant respawn and the beacon kills them

Another great place to do this and knock a few quests out in the area is at Grizzleweald at 67,73. The grells there drop it and are part of the quests in the area. Was finished by the time I finished all my quests and there are generally a lot of people there so it goes quickly.

Another good place for this is Moonclaw Vale in Val'sharah. Lots of low health grells with super fast spawn times - biggest issue I had was getting out of combat.

There is an NPC named Angus Stormbrew is in a cage somewhere around 29, 86 that you hafta get out and help him find his friend. He fights with you until you complete his quest, so using him to help you to kill of the demons needed for this quest faster was a big help.

Another good spot is Felsurge Nest (spider area in Faronaar).

Even tho the spiders are classified as non demons, they still drop blood, even the small ones.

Just run around, pick a few packs at a time, and aoe them.
Took me 5 minutes, and 4 runs through the area as affliction. :)

The demon blood also drops from mobs in dungeons, at least in Vault of the Wardens. I got about 10 demon blood from a normal run while doing the quest Vault of the Wardens: Matters of the Heart that you pick up at the same time as this one. So it's worth doing the dungeon before heading out to get the blood, it'll give you a slight head start.

Very easy spot in Val'sharah is Malorne's Refuge around /way 57.85 69.87 Enough demons to kill and they respawn quick so you can gather demon blood very quickly.

Good spot is at Faronaar in Azsuna, there are many groups of spiders, each of them drop a blood, so i spent around 10 minutes to collect 100.

If you go to Grizzleweald in Val'sharah (66,72) - you can get this done pretty quickly and easily by killing Wildeyed Undergrells. They're pretty weak and spawn everywhere.

The demons on Argus do not drop blood. I have finished nearly a half of Argus questline and loot no blood at all.

Combine this with the one to do 10 world quests. Select ones where you need to kill demons, getting credit for both at the same time

I'd recommend going to Faronaar in Azsuna and killing Eredar Supplicants. These have a chance to drop the demoneology AND affliction hidden appearance!

A good spot for farming these is at 28.45 in Faronaar, Pit of Dispair. Alot of easy killed demons, mostly Manastalker, and they respawn very quick.

With all the good spots thoroughly (and multiple times) being covered, here's for a spot you should not try: the spiders on the broken shore. While they might come to mind as easily farm-able, they do not drop any blood, despite even being labelled demons. So don't reinvent the wheel and stick to the two spots described above.

Best place I have found to do this quest was in Moonclaw Vale in Val'Sharrah. You can couple this with Dark Corruption. The imps are very easy to kill as are the satyrs, two to three shots at most at ilvl 190 and 110. You can complete the world quest and continue this quest.

For level 120 players finishing Legion class mounts quests, a great spot to farm these bloods is the caves of spiders in the southwest part of Isle of the Watchers - the little Skitterer spiders drop them as well. Clear the caves and surrounding area, go run Vault of the Wardens to finish Vault of the Wardens: Matters of the Heart and all the spiders will have respawned.

If you are L120, it took me about 10 minutes (or less) at 60 25.5 Broken Shore, The Weeping Terrace.Waves of elite demons w/ nonstop respawn.Rain of Fire, Conflagrate, Cataclysm, they are dying very fast.

Description

We can use the Bloodstone to control the sisters once they are in a weakened state, but first, we'll need to feed it. The stone grows in power when consuming the blood of demons. Luckily for us, there's no shortage of demons to kill.
