Coordinates are 33.3 and 41.8 he will walk right to you.

I thought this didnt count towards the silverpine forest quest achivement because is showed up under alterec mountains quest. But the followup quest do count towards it. So better do this fast! ;)

While you're looking for this guy, kill one of the arcane mobs and pick up a quest to kill 8 more. Then make your way back to the portal to get back to Dalar.

Anyone else noticed the lv. 90 corpse in the crater when you spawn in? Crusader Jorny the Deified, lv. 90. I can't seem to interact with it in any way, and neither this site nor Wowpedia seems to have heard of him. Perhaps a recent addition...?

There is a portal right behind the quest giver which takes you to the quest location. I ran around first two times I was leveling some alts. Better late than never.

Find a Dalaran Archmage's Signet Ring.

Description

The Dark Lady is correct in her assertion that I am able to unlock the codex. Unfortunately, I need a signet ring from a Dalaran archmage to do it. My own ring was taken when I died many years ago, but there still might be a way.

While Dalaran has floated away, the outskirts of the city remain. Far to the east lie the ruins of Dalaran. It is there that you will find an archmage known as Relios. "Take" his signet ring and bring it back to me.

You may use the portal behind me to get to the crater.
