The Pewter Prophet is by the Rusty Harpoon Gun, and Harrison Jones, though you can't really see it. Just use The Pewter Pounder as soon as you accept the quest.

Not sure what was going on in Beta 3 months, ago, but you can see the Pewter Prophet now. It's on the ground right next to Budd as soon as you get the quest. Once you have the quest, just use the Pewter Pounder right away, quest is done.

Good Deed Left Undone (optional)
Gimme Shelter! (also unlocks A Case of Crabs)

This is a convenient time to do The Horde's Hoard, which starts
from Tattered Treasure Map, dropped by Clacksnap Pincer

Next comes Can't Start a Fire Without a Spark

This allows for the optional quest Nerve Tonic, and the optional Bud Chain:

Around this time, kill Gilblin Collectors and hope
Lady La-La's necklace drops for Lady La-La's Medallion. There are conflicting reports of what quests are needed for the item to drop.
This is also a good time to kill Gilblingle for waterlogged journal which starts Blackfin's Booty.

Wake of Destruction

I should have never accepted the quest that starts this quest chain, it was so annoying! No rewards (as a Shaman), no reputation, no items, no interesting story, no lore, no nothing, just stupidly annoying! This has got to be one of the worst quests chains ever.

After I accepted this quest, Budd had an exclamation point over his head, but offered no other quests. Very strange.
