Cultists are spread throughout the whole village. There's not a ton of them, so if there's several people questing, expect to wait for respawns.

Also while doing this quest you will most likely have The Favor of Zangus drop, which begins a quest to kill the cultist's leader.

Drop rate kind of sucks. Took me about 25 mobs just to get all 5 of the suits.

There are a number of cultists on the bridge north and above the town. Anyone know if you can reach there without flying? Would make the quest sensibly easier.

Can confirm this quest is absolutely terrible. even a week or so after it is so congested here I had to find 1 spawn and camp the spawn point. been out here for about 30 minutes and I have 2 suits so far. pretty crappy quest overall.

Crap droprate, low spawn rate. On my overcrowded server that just leads to tears. I managed, somehow, to kill 5 Cultists (took me about an hour to tag five before the Warrior and Rogue following me about got to them first). I got 1 suit.

As the old saying goes, bugger that for a game of soldiers. One of the two quests in NR I've abandoned so far (the other is the one in Zul'Drak where you control an Abomination and attempt to kill stupid numbers of mobs).

This might help...

I found 4 of my Suits while on the ledge on the waterfall, and then the last in a house near the top. Pretty easy. I killed about 15 guys in total :)

Also, 1 dopped The Favor of Zangus, which starts the Quest The Favor of Zangus.

Drop rate wasn't too bad on this one but I'd prefer NOT to repeat it as the aggro up there is stoopid high and Anvilmar's server lag is terrible. Killed 13 cultists and got a green 2H sword in addition to the 5 suits.

Had a hard time getting the Cultists for the Drops, But I dicovered that the Anub'ar Slayers were skinnable. I spent a ton of time farming them, Including skinning the ones that others killed, and had the suits before I knew it

The drop rate has been fixed I'm fairly sure. I killed 7 to get my 5 and if you kill the ones that spawn in the lodge type area right in the front of the area then the drops are almost 100%.

After grinding through a ton of respawns of these guys up in the village, on my way out, I discovered that if you jump down from the building on the southern edge of the village, there's another cliff below it with lots of these guys. They're trying to tether the Anub'ar Blightbeasts, up on top of the waterfall.

The Favor of Zangus drops off the cultists. Useful info for anyone going after Loremaster.

Also, given that there are so many Anub'ar Slayers in the area I thought they may share spawns with the cultists. After slaughtering the village twice, I no longer think that's the case.

there is a waterfall on 24.7,46.4 which have a high spawn rate of Anub'ar Cultist. you kill the last one there, the first one spawn again

	Functional Cultist Suit (5)

Description

The Anub'ar cultists are indirectly responsible for the plaguing of the beasts, and we must put an end to it!

The fumes that emit from the cultists' suits seep into everything they come near, poisoning and corrupting their surroundings.

You must go north to Icemist Village and slay them. Bring back any of their suits that survive your assault and I will see to it that they are properly disposed of.
