Due to one of the other sets like this being called "shrinebreaker", suggesting it's for Shamans, and the other having no consistent naming theme at all between the pieces, I'd say this was intended to be the Hunter's Broken Shore armor.

These set pieces have a chance to drop off a final boss of a Legion Assault on the Broken Isles.
They can also drop from individual invasion world quests

WEAPON DROPS
Your spec doesn't appear to matter. As long as your class can equip the weapon, you have a LOW chance of receiving it.
Some of these weapons may have been a reward from the pre-Legion invasions on Azeroth?

Pieces of the following sets have a chance to drop from the final Legion assault boss.
These pieces can also drop from individual invasion world quests.

I really, really dig this helm. This helm works great on my Draenei because it gives the illusion of armor over some horns. I'm not taken with the rest of the set. Maybe the belt were the gem not so obnoxious, and maybe the shoulders.

There are five color variations of this 7.2 set, but you can only get four per character - the fifth is the other faction's PvP set. They are most easily distinguished by the big gems on the waists, which match the small gems on the chests and heads.
This green gem set based on Ered'ruin gear comes from the occasional 6-hour Legion Assaults of the four main zones (破碎群岛保卫者).
The yellow gem set Broken Shore Mail (Recolor) based on Shrinebreaker gear comes from 破碎海滩 World Quests.
The purple gem set Broken Shore Mail comes from the 永夜大教堂.
The blue gem Alliance set Cruel Combatant's Ringmail Armor (Alliance Recolor)/Cruel Combatant's Chain Armor (Alliance Recolor) came from Legion PvP seasons 3 and 4, and is in your Sets collection as Cruel Combatant's Chain Armor. You can now buy a Cruel Combatant's Ensemble from 苏提斯中尉 in Dalaran (e.g. 套装：残虐争斗者的链甲).
The red gem Horde set Cruel Combatant's Ringmail Armor (Horde Recolor)/Cruel Combatant's Chain Armor (Horde Recolor) is now sold by 药剂师李.
PvP answer key: Cruel is season 3, Ferocious is season 4; Chain is Hunter, Ringmail is Shaman; all four combinations look the same (and there is only one ensemble to buy); Combatant's is Rare, Gladiator's is Epic, and they look totally different.
