(As of February 2016, during the Legion alpha). One of ten daily 炼金术 transmutes in Legion. All are a 2 second cast, with a shared 1 day cooldown, and convert Broken Isle reagents and materials into other materials, reagents, pets, or ... pants!

转化：萨格拉斯之血 converts 1x黏性转化剂, 1x黑色转化剂, and 1x油性转化剂 crafting reagents into the 萨格拉斯之血 crafting reagent, which is used by Tailoring, Leatherworking, and Blacksmithing to craft item level 800 epic bind-on-equip gear, and by Engineering to craft relics.

This is one of the new Transmutations that Alchemists will be able to perform in Legion. Each of the basic transmutations (listed in the first section below) has a chance to yield a transmutagen (either 油性转化剂, 黑色转化剂 or 黏性转化剂).
These transmutagens, in turn, can be used for more lucrative transmutes (the ones listed at the end of this comment).

All 10 transmutation spells are discoveries, which are specifically related to the spell 狂野转化. The recipe for this, 配方：狂野转化, is available from 帕蒂卡·埃根 after completing the 交还滤网 in the Alchemy profession quest line.

狂野转化 can be only performed once a day, and is on a separate cooldown from the other 10 Legion transmutations. It will reward random crafting materials - herbs, enchanting reagents, cloth, ore, etc. and a chance to learn one of the 10 transmutation spells. In addition, it will sometimes produce some transmutagens.
