be a member of the Kyrian Covenant
do Kyrian Campaign until reach Elysian Hold
speak with 赫菲斯 to unlock the Anima Conductor rank 1
speak with 卡菲乌斯 to grab the quest 空中之力
use Anima Conductor and channel anima to The Temple of Courage
go to The Temple of Courage
interact with 勇气号角
kill 残忍的夺翼者

Rewards: 反刍的格里恩之翼.

/way 38,2, 67,8 Capheus

/way 40,7, 52,9 Wingflayer the Cruel

Its near Necrotic Wake dungeon's entrance

Only players with Kyrian Covenant can summon the rare
In Elysian Hold use Anima Conductor and channel anima to The Temple of Courage.
Other players can participate in the the fight ang get loot.

Use 勇气号角 to start the event.
It is on the table before you enter the hostile area. (at 41.64 54.53)
Then go downstairs and you will see the rare. Can resummon almost immediately after kill

Drops 永音暮钟
Rare is a part of 晋升堡垒冒险家 achievement.

If you are doing the campaign quest Before The Dawn the horn and rare will be phased out for you till it's completed.
