For some reason, the Alliance equivalent of Serr'ah (“母狮”丽奥) is level 98, whereas Serr'ah is only level 90. Doesn't matter in the end, but just an odd discrepancy.

Pets Needed for Pet Menagerie Daily Battle which award 一大袋宠物补给. This daily is picked up from “母狮”丽奥, if you're Alliance or 萨拉, if you are Horde. After picking up 德拉诺宠物博览, you can usually start these battles by clicking on the 挑战木桩, or occasionally the pet (that is in it's place).

If you click it she will say:
I've heard rumors of no less than 15 very powerful pets, corrupted by the fel energies unleashed by Gul'dan.

This is a breadcrumb sending you to Tanaan to pursue the 塔纳安的小魔星 achievement.
