He's a new NPC in Mists of Pandaria, located at the southmost end of Path of the Titans in Dragonblight.
He's got three drake minipets hovering next to him:
洛特
, an undead whelpling,
冰冰
, a frostwyrmling,
and
卓戈
, a violet protodrake whelpling.
Judging by his title and the fact that his whelps have battle pet abilities, he's probably one of the "master pet tamers" mentioned in the
野性可驯
achievement.
There's also a
温驯幼龙
and a bunch of
荒龙奴役者
s standing behind him.
His dialogue without Battle Pet Training trained on your character is as follows:
Do not let others fool you. Dragons are weapons of war; nothing more.

Took a few days but my husband finally lvled up a pet to beat this guy. (Spoiler if you want to figure it out on your own)
Pheonix Hatchling (Level 25) Magisters terrece drop
Onyxia Whelpling (Level 25) Anniversary pet
Azure Whelpling (Level 25) Collectors edition BC
Another good option if you do not have the onyxia or azure whelpling is to use a Frog because they heal all party members. Max level. So the idea is to basically burst the crap out of this guys pets or heal and have 2 burst pets. GL all!
Good frogs i believe you can buy at darkmoon faire at a vender (i believe he is in a tent outside of the faire.)

Wow, he is kind of difficult. His Proto-Drake is a mad healing tank and Rot does alot damage.. I had a few attempts with my main team, Lurky+Azure Whelp+Lifelike Toad, but I didn't make it. Going to level up my Fel Flame and getting a Critter to 25 now, hope it's going to do a bit better.

Hes NOT doable without a healer in your group!

My lvl 25 Little Fawn took out Sleet and Drogar pretty easily but was wiped out by Rot. A lvl 23 Yellow-Bellied Marmot I had as backup fought it out with Rot then and ended with a double death, my reserve Clockwork Gnome never got used.

One of them is dragonkin, the other two are undead.
I defeated it with Core hound pup (bonus vs undead +decent nuke)+ rare Toad (decent healer)+ Peddlefeet (good vs dragonkin), all lvl 25.

another hacker pet master, you pretty much have to bring all 25's and even at that his one pet can wipe 2 of yours
seems near all the northrend masters are set up this way, try to insert a 22-24 in hopes of gaining some XP and you will lose 99.99% of the time due to misses/dodges and missed turns due to speed advantage he has on all pets
does pretty much what master payne does, gets extra attacks, has a stun to put you farther behind. and combos not available to players in the game

Easiest way to beat
奥克鲁特·荒龙
:
Use
剥石者幼崽
, or any other pet that has
偏斜
.
He should use
卓戈
first (the
始祖龙宝宝
). If he opens with a different pet, just forfeit until you get Drogar.
Reflect Drogar's
原始之击
(If he opens with a different ability, just forfeit until he opens with Proto Strike)
You will gain the Flying High buff, and it will last the entire fight. You will be invincible. The only thing that can hit you is another Proto Strike.
I just did this and my level 21 Flayer Youngling solo'ed the fight and gained 2k xp
They patched and made it so this doesn't work.

Magical Crawdad is a very good pet here. It can definitely solo two of his pets, but Rot will be mostly a draw due to low dps.
Use surge, renewing mists, and wish here. The other two can gang up on Rot to kill him.

After reading the comments here I was really concerned about this fight but one pet proved it easy:
Terrible Turnip
With him at 25 he wore down Okrut's reserves so they were easy pickings.
Make sure he has Tidal Wave and Sunlight.
I started with Sunlight and then spammed Tidal Wave until Sunlight was off cool down.
By the time Drogar killed him Okrut's two other pets were in the mid 100s of health.
So use a sacrificial lamb first pet that has a ton of whole team attacks. ^_^

The team I used to beat him
23 Skunk: Scratch, Perk Up, Stentch- ALWAYS kept stentch up
23 Crab: Snap, Renewing Mists, Shell Shield- Always kept Renewing Mists and Shell Shield up
25 Moth: Slicing Wind, Cocoon Strike, Moth Dust
My skunk slowly wore Drogar down while healing on every CD. Wore sleet down to a little under half before dying
Switched to Crab, steadily brought Sleet down. Then wore Rot down to about 300 health. Crab was kinda low so I switched out to my moth and finished him off

personal world destroyer (25), rare dancing water skimmer (25), celestial dragon.
PWD had metal fist, repair, quake.
Skimmer had Water jet, healing wave, pump
CD had roar, ancient blessing, starfall.
Led off with PWD since he (usually, did for me every time) leads off with his dragon (he also has 2 undead, thats where the skimmer comes in).
Quake to start doing some damage to the back row while repairing to stay alive and metal fisting when everything else is on cooldown. With enough matching up of the CDs, a bit of luck, you should get 2-3 quakes off before dying. PWD is a sacrifice to weaken the back row (especially Rot). Any other pet with a solid AoE damage would work in this position.
Skimmer comes in, pump increases damage. healing wave keeps alive. water jet is the primary attack. when they start getting low, pump again to hit for like 700 damage and finish them. When the 2nd pet rezzes himself. swap to the second sacrifice (CD). Use starfall to damage Rot and heal the skimmer. Now rot is up. use starfall on CD to heal the skimmer, AB to keep yourself alive, and only attack when everything else is on CD. When this pet dies, skimmer comes back out. Pump, get 1-2 regular attacks in to get him low, then pump again to drop him. I was able to have my heal on the rez attack to be able to survive it.
tl;dr AoE attacks and nukes means I only had to deal with Rot for 2-3 rounds so he couldnt make me feel bad about myself

The evanescence spell (100% chance to dodge next attack) was the money maker. Dodged the ultimates of each pet with a little good timing and a lot of luck.

打倒
did serious damage. Just be careful using the Runt against

Kun-Lai Runt
is great for this encounter.
Also I found out that a pet like a
Gazelle
works very well. It takes low damage from
Drogar
's
flamethrower
and has a stong attack against the 2 others who are both undead. It usually almost takes by itself 2 of them if I start to fight the whelping.
As for the last pet, I usually bring one that I want to boost.

However, today I tried using a rare lvl 23

that I caught in Valley of Four Winds. Using
毒舌鞭笞

强力球
good against Undead and

good against Dragonkin his pets just melted. I didn't even need to use my third pet.
I recommend this as an easy way to defeat this guy. You could even catch a third Bandicoon just to be safe.

I was scared to death to take on this guy, even wasted a couple of days trying to level up a bloody level ONE (!) Terrible Turnip and the Little Fawn suggested above. Finally said to hell with this, brought the Flayer Youngling and Onyxian Youngling suggested above, and a Softshell Snapling just as a backup tank (all 25 of course). Never did manage that "invulnerable" status that Reflection is supposed to give you against Drogar's Proto-Strike, but no matter. I killed them all anyway! Flayer Youngling didn't do so bad even though he wasn't a Rare, and Onyxian Youngling did great! My turtle died faster than I expected, but no matter. Done is done!

Was nervous, but it was a oneshot!

This'll sound like a strange combo, but after 50 tries (I'm not joking) I was about ready to give up. Then, lo and behold, I had an idea:
Flayer,rabbit, turtle
1. Make sure Drogar goes first. Also, Drogar has to do his flight attack. Your Flayer needs to cast reflect. Drogar will miss- that attack will hopefully hit him back. After that- spam the heck out of your flayer's dragon attack ability. Your flayer should survive this.
2. Sleet will be next. Pull out your rabbit. Have the rabbit dodge the first attack. Sleet should cast his debuff next. Attack Sleet with the rabbit's double attack ability. When the debuff gets to 1 round- burrow. It will not hit your rabbit. Use dodge every time it is up, but use your rabbit's double attack.*
3. Rott- the rabbit should have a few hit points left. Use his double attack. Once Mr. Rabbit dies- pull out your turtle. Spam powerball, but make sure you are keeping yourself healed.
There- you just won. It might take a few tries- I did this with a level 25 turtle (rare), a level 25 flayer (rare), and a level 23 rabbit (rare).
Why this combo:
The flayer is humanoid- higher damage against dragons. The rabbit is a critter- does undead damage and has a higher resistance to elemental damage. The turtle is aquatic- higher resistance to undead damage and also has a heal/undead attack.

Didn't encounter any difficulties while battleing him.
My team:
阿努比萨斯人偶
(Really suggest leveling this one as it's really good!)
翡翠乌龟
, rare level 23
奥妮克希亚的雏龙
, rare level 25 (Didn't use it this fight).
The trick is to start with your Idol and make sure he uses Drogar first ( the dragonkin). Drogar will most likely use Proto-Strike on the first turn, so just use Crush as he outspeeds you. On the second turn use Reflection to counter his attack. Save Rupture for later as you dont want to stun him because that will lead to switching to another pet. A couple of Crushes should do the trick.
The second pet he sents in has always been the Undead withouth any Undead moves (Sleet). Just batter him with crushes or rupture but save the Reflection for his Frost Bomb. As the debuff says 1 round, use Reflection and this way you will reflect both the frost bomb and the other attack Sleet uses that round.
The third pet killed my Idol after a couple moves, so i sent in my Turtle which i brought for the xp to finish him off with a couple of Power Balls.
Long story short: Use this
阿努比萨斯人偶
, make sure Drogar starts and tactically use Reflection.

As much as everyone here is posting strats that *should* technically work, be prepared to not one-shot this fight. He seems to be programmed to counter your moves. If you dodge an attack, his next one seems to always be a crit, and so forth.
Also, If his dragonkin is eating through 1.5 of your pets, don't expect to solo the last 2 undead with 1 pet.

Was able to defeat this guy using:
Level 25- Rare Pandaren Earth Spirit (opening slot)
Level 25- Rare Marsh Fiddler
Level 22- Rare Emerald Turtle
Okrut called Sleet out first instead of Drogar which actually worked to my advantage. I opened with Mudslide -> Rupture and finished off with 2 Stone Shots. At this time Sleet died and he called out Drogar whom I opened on with a Mudslide -> Rupture. The Earth Spirit was at about 25% so I called him back and sent the Marsh Fiddler out for heals, I let it go through 3 cycles to get 2 heals out. In that time I managed to take out Drogar and about 25% of Rot who finished off my Marsh Fiddler. Called out the Earth Spirit again and finished Rot with Mudslide and Stone Shot. I didn't even have to use my Turtle and also didn't risk getting him the bonus XP as this guy took around 15 attempts to get a strat that worked for me.
Good luck!

His pets:
Undead, Undead, Dragonkin
Your pets:
Critter, Critter, Humanoid.
Difficulty when using lvl25 pets:
3 25s = Easy
2 25s = Manageable
Honestly, he isn't too bad just remember to take some decent pets that match his types - it doesn't matter too much what you pick. Bring something with humanoid skills and a couple of pets with critter attacks and you'll be fine.
I beat this guy today whilst levelling a Jungle Darter (Aquatic with critter abilities) at 23. Team mates were both 25: Flayer Youngling (for humanoid and reflect) and a Silithid Hatchling (a beast with predominantly critter based abilities).
I appreciate this guy can be a challenge when you first encounter him but once you have expanded your collection of 25s a little, there shouldn't be any issues with this tamer.

Finally got around to fighting him again today after he obliterated my first level-capped team.
Used a level 25 Harbinger of Flame (Jab/Immolate/Conflag), level 24 Masked Tanuki (Bite/Survival/Powerball), and level 25 Emerald Turtle (Bite/Heal/Headbutt) in that order.
Harbinger knocked Drogar out pretty quick and due to a lucky miss on Drogar's part, got Sleet down to about 20% before he died. (Note: Drogar will almost always use his Lift-Off type attack on the second round, so don't open with Immo > Conflag - just use Jab or something equivalent and THEN go into the nuke combo.) Tanuki finished Sleet off and took a couple bites out of Rot, and the Turtle took care of the last half and finished at about 60% health. This was my second attempt - had Rot at ~5% the first time when the Turtle died, so the comp seems pretty effective.
That said, I'm glad I don't have to fight this bugger again.

Sleet was tricky during the previous battle combo i had. So watch out or him too. Pretty crazy fight.

I hit this one 3 times with pets that should have had no problem taking down the opponents pets. All failed through multiple opponent strikes to my single attacks.
The winning combo of pets for me were as follow:
Lvl 25 Kun-Lai Runt - w/ Takedown, Frostshock & Deep Freeze
Lvl 25 Grassland Hopper - w/ Skitter, Swarm & Inspiring Song
Lvl 25 Masked Tanuki Pup - w/ Tongue Lash, Counterstrike & Powerball
Don't let any of your pets get too low before getting Inspiring Song going to help with heals, and make sure you have rares working for you, as all of the opponents are rares and as we all already know Blizzard has rigged all the pet battles so that the opponent always gets extra attacks and can use all of each of the opponent's pet's skills available, but you only get to choose the 3 showing.
So make Blizzard eat crow and win the battle anyway. And let the shame fall on Blizzard for not following it's own gaming rules.

Defeated with:
lvl 25 Core Hound
lvl 24 Shore Crab
lvl 25 Rapana Whelk
Rapana Whelk is for Drogar. Shell Shield will block all of the DoT from Flame Thrower, and if you predict right, you can dive the turns he uses his nuke (usually on the first turn he'll use his nuke so you want to Dive then) and you have Absorb to mitigate the rest of the damage from Flame Thrower while slowly wearing Drogar down.
Core Hound is for Sleet. His Elemental ability will ignore the chill effect from blizzard and you can use Burrow to escape the Frost Bomb, though the chill effect only matters if you get hit by the frost bomb. Claw the rest of the time. Dodge or Howl is really your choice. Howl helps you take him down faster, Dodge will let the core hound live a little longer. I prefer Howl because your Core Hound likely won't survive much longer anyway.
Shore Crab is again another DoT Blocker with Shell Shield, and works well as a third as Core Hound and Whelk will likely be in no shape to deal with Rot and you need something that can take punishment. Keep Renewing Mists and Shell Shield up, beat Rot to death with Snap.

25 Singing Sunflower
25 Emerald Turtle
24 Softshell Snapling
He led off with his dragon, which I was able to kill with the Sunlight and Solar Beam abilities, along with the self-healing spell (Photosythesis). When Sleet came up, I swapped in my first turtle. Sleet killed my first turtle and put a serious dent in the second one. Rot finished off my second turtle, forcing me to swap the Sunflower back in, who was still at around half health. I actually thought I was headed to another failure, but I caught a lucky break or two and pulled out a victory.

This trainer is fairly easy to 2-pet leaving your third spot open for a pet to level.
The combo I use most often is a lvl 25 Core Hound Pup and Harbinger of Flame (although any pet that can kill the Dragonkin opponent on it's own will due - probably best to use a pet with humanoid attacks).
First you chain forfit until you get the Dragonkin opponent. Then I usually start with the pet I want to level. The Dragonkin attacks are pretty weak ~200 damage (except his special but he never starts with it) so although you probably can't use a lvl 1 pet, most above level 3-4 should be ok to take 1 hit.
After the first round switch to your Humanoid and kill the Dragonkin, then fight the first undead pet as long as you can until you die (it's ok if your humanoid dies on the first round against the undead).
Select the Core Hound Pup (you want to use Scratch, Dodge, and Burrow). Use dodge the first round then Scratch repeatedly until he casts his Ice Ball attack. It takes 2 rounds to go off so use scratch or Dodge the first round and on the round where the timer says 1 round use Burrow. You will be underground when the ball hits and take no damage from it. Your Burrow attack on the following round should finish him off. Then just use Scratch/Burrow as needed against the third pet to finish him.
An easy way to get 5-7 levels on your low level pet!

My combination (and I tried quite a few):
Level 22 Terrible Turnip: Weakening Blow/Inspiring Song/Sunlight
Level 24 Grizzly Squirrel: Scratch/Adrenaline Rush/Nut Barrage
Level 25 Celestial Dragon: Breath/Ancient Blessing/Moonfire
I started off with the Celestial Dragon and did Moonfire to get the weather going. I then would use Ancient Blessing early enough to where I could use it a second time, and just wore down with Breath.
I then switched over to the Terrible Turnip and used Sunlight, to start working on the health on the backburner creatures. I used Inspiring song to restore some health for the Celestial Dragon that is now in the background. Turnip ends up dying.
I bring in the Grizzly Squirrel to use the +undead damage it does, and get the Nut Barrage DoT going. Did quite a bit of damage and then it died too.
Now I bring the Celestial Dragon back in and cast Ancient Blessing. This tipped the health into my favor to have enough left over to take out the last pet it had.
Could just be a fluke on how I did it, or might be worthy enough to give it a shot, but it worked for me.

I used 24Frosty (Dis.Bite, Blizzard, Ice tomb), 23 Magical crawdad (snap, shell shield, wish), 24 murkablo (burn, drain power, blast of hatred),
Frosty nearly killed Sleet, sleet retreated
Frosty got a few off on Drogar,
Murkablo finished Drogar off and was quickly dispatched by Rot
Magical crawdad cleaned rot up through shell shield/wish snap rotation
Basically a slugfest, but I had better anchor to take it home
If I hadn't been cautious underestimating the crawdads survivability I probably could have kept the others alive.

Using all level 25 pets, I had:
a Fawn (with Hoof, Bleat, and Tranquility up),
an Alpine Chipmunk (with Scratch, Adrenaline Rush, and Nut Barrage), and
the Wolvar Pup (with Punch, Snap Trap, and Whirlwind).
I had been reading these comments and was greatly nervous about having to fight him for the quest! Turned out fine: the Fawn dropped dead on nearly the last round. If I do battle him for a daily, I may bring a crab. My sister and guildies have all said that having any crab at all makes this fight much easier.
Didn't see any off behaviors, as some other posters have reported. Perhaps he was buggy and they fixed it?
Glad he's done with though - now on to Major Payne for me!

I use the same team on him as I do Nearly Headless Jacob - A rabbit and frog + higher level pet to soak up the exp.
Likely to change with 5.2, but a rabbit can almost solo this fight unless you get a string of unlucky misses, which you will as he seems to have an almost 'cheatingly' high chance to dodge your attacks sometimes.

*Undead Damage with Root*
Once

洛丹伦迷途者
out. On this fight I just kept
生命虹吸
up at all times and used
暗影鞭笞
as a filler. I never did use
骨牢

海湾蟹

Abilities:
猛咬
*Beast Damage*
复苏之雾
*Heal over Time*
甲壳护盾
*Damage Reduction*
I left
洛丹伦迷途者
out on this battle until it finally died before bringing out
海湾蟹
. By this time
洛特
only had 257 HP. I put up
甲壳护盾
and
复苏之雾
then I used
猛咬
twice and the battle was over.

Peddlefeet is a really awesome one to take out Drogar (he's OP against Dragonkin, remember). Don't stun him, just open with Shot Through The Heart and take him down with Bow Shot after. However, he does take significant damage, so you may wish to have a pet with a team heal (Bleat is really awesome).
I used Little Fawn to deal with Sleet (elemental damage is weak against critters, critters are strong against undead, and he has two heals - use Tranquility, not Nature's Ward), and Dark Phoenix Hatchling (use Laser, Immolate, Conflagrate) to kill Rot while ignoring the remainder of Sleet's weather effect. Little Fawn did eventually die, and Dark Phoenix Hatchling died as Rot died (Peddlefeet managed to stay alive, though mostly thanks to Bleat from my Little Fawn).

After spending about an hour on this guy, I finally found my winning combination.
Level 25 Sprite Darter Hatchling - Arcane Blast, Life Exchange, and Moonfire
Level 23 Uncommon Bandicoon - Tongue Lash, Counterstrike and Powerball
Level 22 Rare Savory Beetle - Scratch, Survival, Apocalypse
Since I didn't have any Humanoid pets at the appropriate level, I sent the sprite darter out first to combat Drogar - I got Moonfire up, and then Arcane Blasted it to death - the stacking damage was enough that by the end, I was doing 500 damage hits on it. He whittled me down to about 100 health, though, which was where Life Exchange came in handy - when he sent out Sleet, I was able to take out almost half of its health and restore half of mine, giving me another few rounds to Arcane Blast before it KO'd me. Sent out my Bandicoon, Used Powerball to get a quick kill on Sleet, and then just Scratched Rot to death with the Beetle - it was my only other high level pet that had a Critter attack, so if you're like me and don't go out of your way to find rare pets, any setup with at least a few good Critter damage dealing attacks should work.
But yeah this guy is a magnificent pain in the rear end.

My team was:
Level 24 Emperor Crab (rare P/P) - Snap, Healing Wave, Shell Shield
Level 25 Corefire Imp - Burn, Immolation, Cauterize
Level 25 Lil' Deathwing - Tail Sweep, Call Darkness, Elementium Bolt
Not the best set up, for sure. I should have swapped my Corefire Imp for my Eternal Strider. Anyway, use Lil' Deathwing on Drogar (came first in my battle) and the Emperor Crab for everything else. Between Healing Wave and Shell Shield, the crab can soak the damage.

After WAY too long trying to beat this guy and trying WAY too many combinations of pets. I finally beat him today!
I used all rare pets and all of them were level 25.
Kun-Lai Runt (Humanoid) against Drogar (Dragonkin)
Ash Viper (Beast) against Sleet (Undead)
Jumping Spider (Beast) against Rot (Undead)
I used the Ash Viper into the 3rd battle which probably helped a lot. His burrow helped a lot when Sleet used Ice Tomb because he became immune to it.
Hope this helps someone out there :)

I FINALLY beat this guy after trying probably 10 different teams.
I used:
25 rare Tainted Cockroach
23 rare Bandicoon
25 rare Spirebound Crab
I sent out the Cockroach first and used Apocalypse (it hits mid-second pet), then I immediately swapped him out for the Spirebound Crab, which has a great healing spell. I managed to take out his first pet with the Crab, and then the Crab died right as Apocalypse hit during his second. The Bandicoon got taken out mid-third pet, and the Cockroach finished off his third for a win.

I came here looking to find out if the order of Okrut’s pets was listed - no one mentioned exactly the order used but in the 10 (or so) times I went against him I got: Droger then Rot then Sleet.
My winning combination (finally) was:
Kel Junior (Lil’ K.T.) Rare: 25 - Shadow Slash/Death & Decay/Cruse of Doom
Nutßuster (Squirrel) Rare: 25 - Scratch/Adrenaline Rush/Nut Barrage
Lucky (Magical Crawdad) Rare: 24 - Surge/Healing Mist/Whirlpool
Okrut pwn’d me many times with different pet combos - even my penultimate run he rolled a lot of crits so I wasted a pet bandage and tried again - he wasn’t so lucky that round and I have scratched him off my todo list. (WOOT WOOT)
So keep at it - you will get him

You complain that this guy is difficult, to beat when you show up with lvl 21-23 pets to battle three rare lvl 25 pets. No wonder you're in for a fight then.
I just did this without any pets dieing easy enough.
My team consisted of:
Lvl 23 rare Emerald Turtle, using Powerball mainly, and heal with healing wave.
Lvl 25 rare Peddlefeet for the dragonkin (I love this guy :)) Bow Shot, Perfumed Arrow, and Shot Through The Heart.
Lvl 25 rare Small Frog using Tongue Lash, Healing wave, and Swarm of Flies.
My top pet was the turtle for his exp, but the trainers first pet was the dragonkin, so I swapped over to Peddlefeet. The dragonkin wasted after 2-3 shots, STtH hit for over 1k.
Swapped over to the small frog for the next undead, but this frog took too much damage and i swapped him out at >100hp back to the turtle. The Turtle wasted the rest of that one undead and weakened the next undead. Swapped out the Turtle before he died to Peddlefeet (ye I know he's weak against undead) who finished off the undead with 1-2 shots.
Lesson learned, bring 2 rare turtles and a humanoid to this fight and it's a win. If you can get a pet with humanoid abilities who is not weak to dragonkin or undead, that wouldn't hurt.

After a couple tries with different comps, I found one that words beautifully.
I started with lv 25 Nether Dragon Fairy for his proto drake. killed it with about 300 health left thanks to Fairies damage output then switched out.
For his Sleet I switched to my lv 25 Fossilized Hatchling. Destroyed it. I dont think there could be a better counter :)
For Rot I switched over to my low health Nether Fairy and used Life exchange. He did kill my fairy afterwards but life exchange got him to about half. I then resent my Fossilized hatchling in to finish him off but since he was low from the fight with sleet he died as well.
My third pet was a lv 22 Marsh Fiddler which came in during rots undead phase.

I beat him with 3 level 25 rares.
Dorgar - Scourged Whelpling - open with plagued blood and then use call darkness which can hit for over 700!
Sleet - Shore Crab - shell shield, healing wave and snap.
Rot - Rabid Nut Varmint 5000 - keep overtune up.
The fight was difficult and I had to do it 2 or 3 times and change the rotation but I did get him down with the above combination. On the try that I got it I got very lucky and managed to take down Dorgar and Sleet with the Scourged Whelpling.

After at least 10-15 tries, managed to beat him with all rares: a 25 Jungle Grub, a 22 Bandicoon and a 23 Bandicoon Kit (used in that order). Came down to getting lucky with misses/dodges. I took Survival on the Bandicoon Kit, just to be safe.

If you're interested in 2-petting this guy so you can level a pet, try Flayer Youngling & Elwynn Lamb. The flayer should have 325 spd. How to fight him using these guys is pretty straight forward, so I'll let you finger it out. But another idea I'm working with that's a lot more fun is using Crawling Claw or Giant Bone Spider (or both!). These guys are Undead and all 3 of Okrut's pets are down against undead. And 2 of them are Undead themselves, so when you fling the diseases on them and then use Death Grip, if they die in the back field you nullify their primary strength - being Undead and getting another round. They still rez but since they're in the back field they simply die again. Gottaluvit! 8)

Successfully (but just barely) "2-petted" with a Rare lvl 25 Scooter the Snail and Rare lvl 25 Shore Crab (H/H Breed) while leveling my lvl 20 Menagerie Custodian.
lvl 25: Scooter the Snail - Absorb/Shell Shield/Headbutt
lvl 25: Shore Crab - Surge/Renewing Mists/Shell Shield
lvl 20: Menagerie Custodian - Overtune/Shock and Awe/Lock-On
Started off with the Custodian against Drogar using Shock and Awe and Lock-On then switched to Scooter the Snail to finish him off.
Next up was Sleet. Scooter took him out using Shell Shield, Headbutt and Absorb. Scooter died just before Sleet did, so I pulled out Shore Crab to finish him off with Surge.
Lastly was Rot. He was by far the hardest pet to kill this fight.
Shore Crab took him down using Surge and Shell Shield (I only used Renewing Mists once) until Rot's "Undead" revived him and killed my Shore Crab with Shadowflame. So I used my Custodian until he died to Shadowflame but revived due to his passive and killed Rot after a lucky miss from another Shadowflame (I would have lost if it had hit!).
Cheers!

This guy cheats so much its unreal, I actually had him beat, his undead was on its last life with 1 health left, and his others dead, woohoo I thought, nope, my spider venom did 0 damage. That's night 0, not a miss just a hit but no damage. Lets face it Blizz, that's cheating pure and simple, I mean, what gives? I DID finally beat him after an hour and a half with Emerald Turtle, Desert Spider and Dancing Water Skimmer, it helps to have rares with high speeds, but I guess the way this guy cheats its all luck of the draw

start with chrominius and use howl on the first go, then swap to anubisath idol and use crush, with the increase in damage this should near enough kill his dragonkin pet drogar.
then i swapped to emerald turtle alternating between powerball and healing wave. managed to kill his 2nd pet and almost get his 3rd pet down but my turtle died, so i switched to chrominius and he killed the 3rd pet easily.

His pets: Dragonkin, Undead, Undead
Two-Pet Strategy:
1.) Anubisath Idol (Crush, Sandstorm, Deflection)
or
Qiraji Guardling (Crush, Sandstorm, Blackout Kick). Use against the first two. Idol is preferred because there's less RNG dependence. Keep up Sandstorm and spam Crush. For the Idol, use Deflection against Lift-off. For the Guardling, use Blackout Kick whenever it's up.
2.) Any critter with Scratch + Swarm + a self-heal (I used a Marsh Fiddler). Use this against the third one. Scratch until Sandstorm ends, then Swarm for the win.
3.) Leveling pet. Make sure it has at least 600 hp. Swap in on the second pet, then swap out again immediately.

OK first of all this guy is a freaking cheater! No matter how you up your game, his pets seems to just adapt and still win. Blizz really needs to fix this!
But-
I had the best luck with this combo.
For Drogar: (The Dragonkin) Used Lvl 25 (rare) Quaraji Guardling, or (Uncommon) Father Winter's Helper
For Sleet: (The Undead) Used Lvl 25 (Rare) Stowaway Rat
For Rot: (The Undead) Used Lvl 25 (Rare) Bandicoon
Beating him still takes several tries. I agree with the above comment (regarding the achievement "The Longest Day") about doing a few dailies and waiting to turn them in until you are completing the achievement, and if you do, I recommend that this be one of the ones you do early, so that if you do end up battling this cheater for 3 hours it doesn't ruin your chance to complete the achievement in one day! Good Luck!

So many players have had a tough time beating this guy. There are at least 30 different strategies listed but, no one has mentioned Frogs. Frogs are my go-to undead killer pets. Undead attacks are weak against aquatic pets and Frogs have 2 critter skills which are strong against undead. Also, there are at least 12 varieties of easily obtainable Frogs/Toads. Several are available in Pandaria so that they take little time investment to find a rare and level it to 25. Any humanoid with a strong humanoid attack in 1st position and 2 Frogs/Toads has worked every time for me. I hope that this will help someone to get past this battle. Best of luck to you all!

Lvl 25 Pandaren Monk P/S 1400 life, 289/289 with Jab, focus and Fury
lvl 23 Garden Frog rare H/B 1505 life, 236/251 with tongue, heal wave and swarm
lvl 23 Grassland Hopper rare S/S 1296 life, 239/299 with skitter, swarm and nature
It was my first attempt, started with monk using focus then fury, killed drogar 2nd round, switched to Garden frog when sleet came up, garden frog was stunned after only doing less than 500 dmg to sleet, switched to Hopper and used swarm which killed sleet and left hopper with under 400 health, did heal, then swarm again when Rot came out, rot killed hopper then also killed frog while rot was still at 1100 health, monk did focus and fury again got rot down to under 600 health, hit rot with jab he died and rez'd and killed monk then died again. Was given credit for the battle for the quest Battle Pet Tamers: Northrend

After a couple of tries I got the following set up to work:
Level 25 'Yeti Smash': Kun-Lai Runt (P/P)
Level 23 'Hey Melee': Rapana Whelk (H/B)
Level 23 'Emerald Turtle' (B/B)
All pets green quality, outside of the Rapana Whelk.
--
Send out the Yeti as your first pet. Deep Freeze first, to get the damage in - you don't want the stun. Proceed to spam takedown until the first pet is dead, and your yeti should be able to do half off the little wyrm's health before going down.
Swap in the snail with Acidic Goo, Absorb, and Dive.
Use Acidic Goo, and then spam absorb. When he does the iceball, use dive. Should be simple.
Should the snail die, the turtle should be enough to clean up the rest of the pets. Shell Shield and Powerball tear through both of the undead pets.
Hope this helps!

after some trial and error with my *!@#ty pets (only 2 lvl 25) you count me in on the list of frustrated people finally defeating him. Here is my lineup and battle progression:
lvl 25 red whelpling (breath, heal, lift-off): he is kinda my go-to pet for everything (bought him for 40g on the auction house in vanilla, so he has a special place in my heart). He managed to take out Drogar by himself with enough hp remaining to fire a single shot at sleet. next came:
lvl 22 rare alpine chipmunk (scratch, crouch, nut barrage): I started with nut barrage followed by crouch to soak the bomb (and the stun was prevented by being a critter) and proceeded to scratch Sleet to death. He lived long enough to get in a second nut barrage after Sleet revived and they both died that round. Next up:
lvl 23 rare softshell snapling (bite, shell-shield, powerball): I started with shell-shield to negate death&decay from Rot and lower his healing from plaged blood and simply powerballed him to death while he was still taking damage from chipmunks nut barrage. I was left with enough hp to take another hit or two
All in all I was pretty lucky, both Sleet and Rot missed a shot and as far as I can remember I hit with everything. I guess if you bring only 25s it'll go a lot smoother. I tried the fight with my other lvl 25, a rare flayer youngling, but he got consistently wrecked by Drogar because he was slower (also making his kick ability useless). I also tried a bandicoon (lvl 22) as many suggested, but he didn't survive any longer than the chipmunk and the latter can get a dot up that carries over to the next pet.
good luck to all of you!

I don't know what kind of luck is possible against the RNG bosses in tamer land but they must be pretty good if someone got a Flayer Youngling deep into his third pet or even half way into his second!
I do these quests now to level other pets and while I wasn't able to level two (I thought I could since Flayer was suppose to take down most of them) I was able to level one and this is the strat:
1. Start the level pet in slot one, he has to be high enough to take about a 450 hit from a dragon. I was leveling Mr Bigglesworth so I drop an ice wall and the dragon always makes launch his second move so while the wall is up I swap to my next pet which is NOT a flayer Youngling lol
2. Second pet was an uncommon Level 25 Kun-Lai runt (Takedown, Frost Shock, Deepfreeze) first I cast takedown since it's a wasted shot due to the wall. Next I hit Frost Shock, then Deep Freeze then one of the undeads comes out but the Kun-lai runt is not an up hit for them so he survives a few rounds. Takedown then when deep freeze is available use FrostShock followed by deepfreeze, the dragon will come back out.. rinse and repeat.. as soon as Deepfreeze is going to be available on the next turn prep for it using Frost Shock forcing them to switch out giving you extra hits
3. Third pet was Summit Kid and I just spammed Stampede against the undeads, the kid takes a lot of damage but by the time he died all that was left was the dragon with about 15% hp and my level 19 Bigglesworth
Biggs put up a wall and avoided a dive, I got lucky with a miss or two .. just finished him off with claw. Biggs died but ressurected just in time to finish the dragon off .. YAY Biggs is now 21 lol

I managed to beat him with only 2 pets, quite easily.
1) Start with flayer. If the drake is not the first pet, just forfeit until it is. Use kick on cooldown, blitz the rest of the time. Deflection to negate lift-off.
2) Keep flayer for the first undead. Same tactic as with the drake, except you want to deflect frost tomb (although he may not use it at all).
3) Once the flayer dies, switch to Summit Kid. Amazing burst pet vs. undeads, the combo you want to use is: chew-stampede.
Third slot can be a pet you want to level, or a frog (very strong vs. undead as well) as a safety pet.

I easily 2-pet this using Anubisath Idol and Bandicoon.
1. Open with Leveling Pet. The Drake will buff itself, then bring in Anubisath Idol.
2. Anubisath Idol will destroy the drake and also the frost pet pretty easily. I use Sandstorm to remove the Freezing Weather effect. Anubisath will usually die on the last pet.
3. Bring in Bandicoon to mop up.

I beat him using 2 pets and bringing a level 1 carry leveling pet for exp. The 2 main pets were Anubisath Idol and Red Cricket. Open with the Anubisath Idol and keep Sandstorm up while you kill his first pet (Dragonkin type), use deflection when he is up in the air to avoid damage from it and keep using crush until he's head. The second pet will cast Blizzard weather effect in his first round, make sure to save sandstorm and use it right after this so you remove Blizzard weather. Then Crush this pet too, use Deflection when the Ice Tomb is about to detonate, your Anubisath will remain alive until this pet is 50% hp or less, and once your Anubisath dies just swap to your carry pet (level 1 or any level) then switch again for Red Cricket. Use Cocoon Strike to soak some damage, rest of the time use Skitter to wreck these last 2 pets, Heal whenever you feel it necessary (if you are about to go below 50% is the best time). When the undead pets die and get an extra turn as immortal is the best time to use Deflection or Cocoon Strike.
Have fun leveling your pets this way :)

Rapana Whelk is first in slot. Hit with Acidic Goo and then try to predict the nukes so you can counteract with Dive. Drogar hardly scratched the Rapana. I tested Rapana Whelk in slot 1 twice and both times he survived until the death of Okrut's 2nd pet.
I put my levelling pet in second slot and chose a lvl 22 Marmot (Critter) with "Burrow". I managed one Burrow and one Chomp although it's probably safest to do only one attack. Two attacks did leave the Marmot low on health.
Time for the 3rd pet - Anubisath Idol. Use Deflection, cast Sandstorm and Crush to death. Job done and just another option if you're looking for different pets to level up against this guy.

Then the frost dragon comes he is Undead when he makes weather cold you do sandstorm deflect his bomb swap to snail kill him have acid goo and abosrb after you kill him hit last dragon again dive acid goo on him and swap your leveling pet.

Wow what a pain in my rump! Tried a few different guys I had of 23-25, no luck. Went and leveled a few more critters up to 25 and it was still a helluva fight.. Mostly luck I think but for the record I had uncommon SS Fluxfire Frline, Rare SB Maylayan Quillrat & Rare BB Sifang Otter (All 25s) on the team that took him Down. GOOD luck all on this one! :D

What a royal pain this guy is. I finally took him down leading out with my Unborn Val'kyr followed by a Masked Tanuki using Powerball and Tonguelash. Started on his third pet with my second still up and finished it off with my Prairie Mouse. All were level 25s.

This is the worse battle I have seen and I think WOW needs to down size this one big time. This trainer cheats so bad it just makes you want quit battle pets all together. I been working on this for over last week bring up different pets still do not have him beaten at all. I about to say forget my whole damn account with WOW. It so frustrating to think you just about have the damn fight one no he gets to go 3 times in a row............ So not the best thing wow done in my opinion.

Read a few of the recent comments after suffering a defeat, and tried out a few pets, knowing of course in advance, that 1st is dragonkin, followed by two that're undead..
.. on my third attempt with this tamer, i went with:
- 25 Bandicoon Kit (rare)
- 25 Disgusting Oozeling (rare)
- 25 Jungle Darter (uncommon)
Followed a user below's tip to use Powerball with the Bandicoon, and that worked out well, kept alternating its abilities until low on health, and pulled out the Jungle Darter for its Swarm of Flies ability, then brought out the Oozeling..
Opened up with Acidic Goo, then kept healing with Absorb.. kept attacking until i faced Rot, and continued until it died, then had the (rather strong) Jungle Darter refresh the Swarm of Flies and heal itself with Healing Wave for the win!
Happy that this turned out to be my working strategy - hope that it works for you!

I finally beat them with room to spare with the following combo:
Start with
25 Darkmoon Tonk - Minefield - Lock On - Lock On - Exit
24 Kun-Lai Runt - Frost Shock / Deep Freeze are your friends vs Drogar, which will always leave right after you deep freeze him
23 Grassland Hopper - Inspiring song to heal allies
Swarm (will die)
Darkmoon Tonk / Kun-Lai Runt as required.
Darkmoon Tonk really helps with the minefields and Kun-Lai Runt is a good one vs Drogar.

After countless failures with teams composed out of what people mentioned in the comments, I finally beat him with
Pandaren Monk (25)
Emerald Turtle (25 H/B 1,2,2)
Swamp Croaker (23 H/B 2,2,2)
I opened with the Pandaren Monk, using Focus Chi, then Fury of 1000 Fists to one-shot Drogar. That was probably lucky, but without that move, the battle would have been lost.
Sleet came out, and I swapped to the Swamp Croaker. Applied Swarm of Flies first, then used Bubble to avoid the next two attacks. Tongue Lash until the bubble went down, then reapplied Swarm of Flies so it would last until the last opponent. My Swamp Croaker died shortly after, and I used my Emerald Turtle to finish off Sleet with a Powerball.
Rot came last and was hit by the still running Swarm of Flies. I used Healing Wave when appropiate and otherwise used Powerball until the Emerald Turtle inevitably died. The Pandaren Monk came out again and pummeled Rot with his fists, barely surviving the encounter (Death and Decay can be nasty).

I defeated him with
Gregarious Grell (25) (Humanoid) - Punch/Immolate/Cauterize
Strand Crab (25) (Aquatic) - Snap/Renewing Mists/Shell Shield
Masked Tanuki (24) (Critter) - Tongue Lash/Counterstrike/Poison Fang
Gregarious Grell did well against Drogar and killed him really easily and then Sleet but the last 100 health of Sleet he died so switched to Strand Crab who defeated him.
Carried on against Rot and but Strand Crab took a big crit hit early on which i would be unable to heal enough before Rots next attach to brought in Masked Tanuki and kept using Tongue Lash which works a treat - even at level 24.
very easy fight with this combination!

Perfect team for this trainer is:
Any humanoid (I prefer peddlefeet)
Any fast hare/rabbit (Arctic Hare)
Any other, preferably with critter and humanoid attacks (Bandicoon kit)
Use humanoid to slaughter Drogar
Use Hare to kill Sleet, using Dodge and Burrow to avoid his attacks
Use the third if you get bad RNG and need him (you shouldn't)

Anubisath Idol lvl 25 is a great way to start this fight. You can take down 2 of his beasts with it if fortune favors you. You can also win without bandicoons: I used Grassland Hopper and Darkmoon Rabbit, and I could have used the third spot to level up some near-25 pet that has a bonus vs. undead. The grassland hopper can cocoon itself against Ice Tomb, heal itself and hits undead hard. It would be nice to have a pet that can debuff Death and Decay; I didn't have one, but easily won with my rabbit and hopper both only mildly damaged.

I took this guy out with the rares:
阿努比萨斯人偶
(25),
翡翠乌龟
(21),
超能浣熊幼崽
(25).
It was a fairly easy fight as soon as RNG was on my side. The Idol took out
卓戈
in just a few hits.
沙尘暴
first, then
地突刺
.
粉碎
until the others finish their CD. When
冰冰
came out, his first move was to
召唤暴风雪
. At this point I had to wait two rounds for my
沙尘暴
. He cast
寒冰之墓
and I just used
地突刺
and
粉碎
until it hit and stunned me. Leaving my Idol with about 100hp approximately.
I switched to my
超能浣熊幼崽
and just spammed
强力球
until
冰冰
was down. Only took about 4-6 turns if you include his undead res at the end.
洛特
came up and I hit him a good 3 times with
强力球
before he finished off my Kit. So up was the
翡翠乌龟
. I did the same strategy.
强力球
. Used
治疗波
on CD and just pummeled him with
强力球
. In the end, he got enough exp to boost him from lvl 21 (85%) to level 23 and my Idol was still standing.
Do beware though that if your Idol uses
地突刺
and it happens to stun
卓戈
, he will automatically switch him out for
冰冰
. So you will have to be prepared to shake it up a bit.
Hope this helps everyone! Good Luck!

God bless the lil Frostfur Rat, which is new with the WoD release. I picked up a Rare one at Frostfire Ridge the 2nd day of the Expansion. Ran the Frostfire 2nd to a Kun-Lai Runt and finished it off with a YakRat.
What's nice about the Frostfur Rat is she could do both the the Dragonkin and the Undead. When my Kun-Lai Runt went down with only 200 left on the Dragonkin, the Frost Fur Rat came in with Call Darkness and wiped out Drogar in one fell swoop and that was after Drogar had healed.

For those going for the Draenor Achievement: An Awfully Big Adventure, here is how I beat him:
Bandicoon
- Counter Strike
- Tongue Lash
Shy Bandicoon
- Counter Strike
- Tongue Lash
Elekk Plushie
Just alternate Counter Strike and Tongue Lash until the dragon flies up using hisProto-Strike move.
Here, I move in my Elekk Plushie to absorb the damage. (Note: The plushie never needs to go in for a move to obtain the achievement, but he can take a lot of damage.
Then back in with the Bandicoon until dead.
For the last two, I only used Tongue Lash, until they were all dead.

Based on the comments here I thought this guy would be a lot harder than he actually was. Like most trainers with mostly undead pets, just send in the toads and he gets destroyed.I had Flayer Youngling start the battle to take care of the lone dragonkin, cast focus first so he can get the speed increase, stun, then blitz and the dragonkin pet gets demolished.

Anubisath Idol with CRUSH, SANDSTORM and DEFLECTION.
He took out Drogar and Sleet and got the first hit in on Rot.
then brought in the ELEKK for one round.
finally brought in an Elfin Rabbit with 325 speed
but I assume any rabbit or hare would do, Finish Rot off with
dodge burrow and flurry or scratch.
Was scratching my head for ages on this one trying all sorts
of critters. in the end the Idol worked a treat.

Soloed this guy with one pet my 2nd as a back up was bonkers and had my elekk plushie. KEY PET HERE IS Blossoming Ancient purchased through blizzard store.
Ironbark, photosynthesis and sunlight is what I used as my spells. I kept sunlight up and used photosynthesis when it had lapsed and then ironbark as a fill in. Make sure when Sleet uses his blizzard you counter spell with sunlight. My Ancient died as Rot the last opponent died but since I had my back ups I won. It does take awhile so be prepared for a long battle but 1 pet solo you cant complain!

I finally was able to beat this guy relatively easy...
I used:
Anubisath idol
Kelp Scuttler
Mud Jumper
I say relatively easy - but 2 of my pets died in the process. It was because my Mud Jumper slaughtered their faces off with hardly any effort...
I used Crush as my main attack against Drogar with a Sandstorm and a Deflection against his flying attack and same into the second fight against Rot but he killed my idol. So in comes the Kelp Scuttler. I used Rip and Dive here with a Shell Shield. But I got him near death before my pet died and then it was time for the Mud Jumper.
With him I used Pump and Mudslide which knocked the sh*t out of him and Water Jet to finish him off.
Done :)

My strat in this order:
幼年瓦格里
Curse of doom, Shadow shock until health was around 250 - 300, then haunt - by then, first enemy pet was dead with haunt. This resurrected my pet. I swapped it out for the next one..
拉帕纳海螺
Shield first!, the next mob casts a delayed attack, so use dive 2nd. (unless their strategy changes...), and after dive is finished, spam Ooze Touch. Once Dive is back up, use it again - however N.B. - this pet did eventually die... I brought in my 3rd pet...
君王蟹
Whirlpool first, then snap spam, until you lose about half health and then heal.
If you are worried about what might happen to your 3rd pet, instead of going to the crab, go back to the unborn val'kyr and immediately use Haunt. This will swap in your crab, and you can do the strategy said above. You should be able to finish them off easily enough, with both the val'kyr and crab alive with half or 1/3 health left, as I did.
Note: my crab was uncommon 25. the other two were Rare 25.

Anubisath, Unborn Valkyr and Emperor Crab.
Start with Crush then Sandstorm to get rid of the weather effect when its cast. Crush till dead. Anubisath will fall to the second pet however it will take off a good chunk. Switch to Unborn, S-shock till dead then CoD and Haunt when the third pet comes in. Emperor cleans up.

Just did this one tonight after getting into pet battles this week.
I had tons of trouble as I do not have a very big stable but after reading here and other sites I setup my setup with these three and got through him!
Peddlefeet
Death Talon Whelpguard
Mr Grubbs
The key was peddlefeet nailing the dragonkin as much as possible and the Whelpguard's ability to hit all of the pets (whirlwind?). With those 2 I got through the first 2 dragonkin and had some damage on the third. Mr Grubbs slowly wore down the last especially with his self heals.
Not pretty but it worked. Even with a much better stable than mine Peddlefeet is definately a nice to have here.

The Bandicoon method (currently the highest rated comment) is also a great way for leveling pets.
Start out with the low level pet (above 280 hp should survive the first round). Drogar can only attack with
Flamethrower
, which does 210 + 70 hp damage (assuming no critical).
Then switch in the Bandicoon and alternate with
Counterstrike
and
Powerball
(for Drogar) and
Tongue Lash
for the other two.

Goodday all,
This is an easy fight with
Bonkers,
Swamp Croaker
and Elek (best battle pet in the world)
Bring out bonkers and use Tornado punch when you stun him, Orkut brings the undead switch to Swamp Croaker (really the best pet against undead.I use him/her/it always in when i do pet battle fight, for my set-up see below), Swam Flies and bubble and Tongue Lash
Be sure that Swam Flies always is up, handy when the undead rises:)
When you Orkut brings back the Dragon bring back Bonkers and puch buttons like dodge, Tornado and Jab, till the dragon dies. Bring Swamp Croaker and use Swam Flies
You can bring Elek and let the swam do their job
If you push the right buttons it's easy. If not, it's a challenge!
For pet battle fights against other players this is a great set up. Against a full aqua team with Magical Crawldad it is a challenge, so not the best set-up
Unborn Valkyr (shadow shock, curse of doom and haunt
Mechanical Dragon (decoy thunder breath)
Swamp Croaker (bubble, swam and tongue lash
I hope this will help you a bit
Have a nice day

Use Comeback only when you have less HP than Sleet/Rot, otherwise Flurry until Rot is dead. You shouldn't have to use Survival cos the point is you have to get killed by the
last
death spasm Rot makes. So you both die that round and your level 1 walks into the middle and collects it's levels. I might've used Survival earlier on in the encounter but not at the end.
It should work for everyone with the same breed pets with 341 speed.
*For the Rat's 3rd ability I picked Survival but Stampede might work. I haven't tried.

Be aware. He flat out cheats his butt off. His pets can instantly restore all their health whenever they want. That right there makes the fight impossible. Add to that abilities of yours that are supposed to last three rounds will be luck to last two. Unless your attack has 100% chance to hit, it will miss 100% of the time. His pets can do 1500 points at a whack. And...yeah. Using the 3 most powerful 25s I have, all with increased damage against his, I'm lucky if I can even kill the first pet, much less 2 of them. Thanks Blizz. I just love wasting my time on impossible odds.

finally got this guy with Kun-Lai Runt, Twilight Beetle, and Frostfur Rat (all 25, first two rare, rat uncommon)
WIth Kun-Lai just use Takedown on Drogar. I made it through Drogar, then used frost shock & deep freeze on Sleet. Sleet was changed out for Rot. Then I used Takedown until Kun-Lai was knocked out. Switched to Twilight Beetle's scraatch to take out sleet. Then used Swarm to debuff rot until beetle was knocked out. Used Sneak Attack with Frostfur Rat to take Rot down the first time, then just used crouch to survive out till Rot when down.

Absorb/Acidic Goo/Dive
Time the dives for the big hits, keep Acidic Goo up and use Absorb when everything is on cooldown, got to the last pet before it died, finished off with a

(All my pets were 25-Rare).

This is a tough fight and it leads to an invite to fight Major Payne.
My approach was to level my pets, out of 343, only 64 were rares raised to level 25.
I tried to sort by level, work down the list by bringing the pet into pet journal in a battle slot then examining all its options against dragonkin, not assuming that only humanoid pets would be best against dragonkin and only critters against undead, then checking undead.
I ended up using two scourged whelpling's, one a level 21 and the other a level 20 both uncommon rather than rare to take out the dragonkin and that left two undead.
For the two undead I used an alpine chipmunk, level 25, rare.
It was his nut bombardment that finally won.
He came in with the two scourged whelplings dead facing the two undead.by himself with him having a slight advantage after taking out the first one.
It came down to 90 to 55, then a single point left when he took out Okruts revived second undead.
After the battle the 20 leveled up.

Sorry if this has already been mentioned in these comments, but this NPC's name is spelled Orkut when you move your cursor over his icon on the map in game, not Okrut as on this webpage.

Here's a way to do it with Pets that don't require .01% drop's, difficult quests, buying with $$ or gold, or farming rep. These pets are EASILY available to anyone.
海湾蟹
(higher level 20-22 capture, and easy to farm)
熔火恶犬宝宝
(get him just for having an authenticator attached to your account)
灵魂蟹
(low level 3-6 and need to level him, but easy to farm)
I put in Strand Crab first, and popped Whirlpool. Typically Drogar will do a lift off, when he does I switch out to the Core Hound Pup and drop Howl. Then pop Burn twice and Whirlpool has done a chunk of damage by then. May take 1 pr 2 more Burns and Drogar is dead.
Sleet comes in and hit him with CHP's Scratch (critter damage) once or twice and CHP will die.
I bring in Spirit Crab and drop my Rot (for Undead damage), Amplify, and then run a few Surges... until either he is dead OR his Ice Tomb (bomb) hits and knocks me dizzy, typically I end up switching out to Strand Crab because I am dizzy... before he dies. Depending on how dead he is I will either do Whirlpool... then Surge him until I need to pop Healing Wave on Strand Crab... then do Surge until he dies (his 2nd death)
Then the undead-dragon Rot comes in and I can get a couple Surge's before Strand Crab dies. Spirit Crab comes in and typically has enough life to finish him off. I try to drop Amplify if I have enough health to do no damage for 1 round but to get a 50% damage boost... and then I just Surge... the win is close... some times killing him with Spirit Crabs 2nd life.
It did take me a couple times to get the combination figured out. But, the point is... you don't need Crazy OP pets to beat him.

To two-pet this guy, looking for the following may help:
A critter with a way to avoid an attack and a way to block some damage from every attack
(I use a snail, but a rabbit or marmot could work. The rabbit has no shield move but its Flurry may help damage his second and third pets faster)
An undead pet with a critter attack (I use a Ghastly Kid, whose Ethereal move can come in handy - see below, but other options are an Infected Fawn or even a Stitched Pup)
Ideally, you'd want to use Dive (for a snail), when Drogar uses Fly, but since he uses moves randomly, its best just to keep Shell Shield up to mitigate his attacks, especially the DoT, using Dive on cd and Absorb as fill. If you use a rabbit or marmot with speed higher than 289, you can react to the Fly, but the trade-off is the lack of a heal (Absorb) - it might come down to your availability of pets or personal preference. Killing Drogar this way may take a while, but using a snail is an ultra-conservative bet and you will eventually kill him while still on high health.
Just watch Sleet's Ice Tomb timer and Dive when it says 1 round to go. Otherwise, keep Shell Shield up (optional) and fill with Absorb. Last time I did this, my snail was able to kill Sleet and take a fair bit of HP off the third pet.
If the snail is alive for Rot, get or keep your Shell Shield up to block the DoT, then use Dive on cd, filling with Absorb until you die. Bring in your carry for a hit, then switch to the undead pet (eg. Ghastly Kid). Ethereal, in the case of the kid, is in case it needs to fight Sleet and dodge the Ice Tomb. If using another undead pet, you will ideally only need it to fight Rot, and you want to use your critter attacks. It's probably hypothetical (I don't think with this strat your kid would ever be forced into its undead round), but if you're using a Ghastly Kid and it's killed, you could cast Haunt (if it can be used in the undead round - I've never used the move, myself) in your undead round to give your potentially low-HP carry a better chance to survive.

So, after trying to beat this guy at least 20 times and trying numerous combinations, I finally beat him. I have only recently begun doing the Battle Pets, so all the combinations with rare pets or things that came with Collector's Editions, Blizzard Store, etc did me no good. So, I played with some combinations and this is what I used. None are super difficult to obtain.
Eternal Strider - Uncommon - Poisin Spit, Pump every turn, Healing Wave as needed
Junglebeak - Rare - Nocturnal Strike whenever available, Peck all other turns, Rain Dance as needed
Spider - Rare - Sticky Web / Spiderling Swarm / Poison Spit
I only had the spider left when I was done and it was close, but it may provide another combination for those who don't do a lot of battling.

After a LOT of trying & failing.. I tried this & it worked..
lvl25 Skuttle
lvl25 Summit Kid
lvl23 Red-Tailed Chipmonk
Skuttle & Kid both died but they did enough to kill Drogar & Sleet.. along with putting a Big dent in Rot.. enough for my Chipmonk to be able to finish it off & remain alive.. He went from 0xp to 1680/1920, so basically 87%

Had to make up my own team as usual since I was lacking in some areas, but this worked out great for me:
Anubisath Idol (only level 20) 1, 1, 1
Rapana Whelk ( level 25) 2, 1, 1
Dandelion Frolicker (level 25) 1, 1, 2
I made sure to get my Dandelion out there early to give speed to my whole team and when he was fighting last I made sure to use his dodge chance.

This guy has always been a tough fight! That being said, For the "An Awfully Big Adventure" achievement was a borderline, drug induced, nightmare (Of my own creation I can assure you.).
Used: Zoom 1.1.2. and Scooter the Snail 2.1.2.
Basically, Keep Acidic Goo up and Charge. If Dragon flies, bring in Plushie and let it take the hit (Let Plushie take all Fly or Comet hits.) then use Slow and Steady and he is dead.
Keep up the Goo and Charge on the Undeads.
When Zoom dies, bring in Scooter. Acidic Goo, Absorb and Headbutt.
When the first Undead dies, bring in Plushie until the Undead dies. Each of these snail have 1969 hit points. Make sure your Plushie is stoned to Rare. Good luck.

ELEKK SOLUTION (I did this on my 2nd try):
TEAM: Bandicoon, Bandicoon Kit (or use Shy Bancidoon) + Elekk Plushie.
The bandicoon
MUST
have 289 SPEED to win in the best and easiest way.
It's very straight forward. You use powerball to raise you speed higher than Drogbar, which has exactly the same speed as my Bandicoon in the beginning. For some reason I get to attack first, and at the same time increase my speed further.
WARNING! The flying skill takes alot of damage, so change to Elekk Plushie when Drogbar starts flying. The Elekk Plushie took tons of damage off the Bandicoon, which made this fight completly different than my first try.
Keep attacking Drogbar, and he will suddenly die.
Rest of the fight is really TLDR: You just attack Sleet and Rot, until your first Bandicoon dies. For me this was pretty far into the battle with Rot (last pet). My 2nd Banidcoon took care of Rot and finished him off easily.
I wanna thank m0000o for his top post, that helped me win this one easily.

Anubisath Idol (1/1/1)
Bandicoon (2/2/2) x2
Anubisath will roll through Drogar as his only real ability is Proto-Strike. Save Deflection for the second round of the two-round move.
Rot & Sleet and no huge abilities to worry about. Powerball to make sure you go first & then Tongue Lash until both are dead. Since you are always going first you will hit a minimum of 2 and a maximum of three times each turn. My second bandicoon was lvl 23 so it's not imperative to have max.

For the Achievement "An Awfully Big Adventure" I won with this team:
Bonkers (P/S) 1/2/2 OR ABB
Anxious Nibble (P/S) 2/1/1 OR BAA
Elekk Plushie
With Bonders, use 1: Jab, and maybe dodge. Use dodge on undead when they come back to life because you don't have to hit them to win, they will die after that last round, so just protect yourself.
Anxious Nibbler use 1: Scrabble, with a 3: Dust Cloud thrown in if you want to, block last move by the undead EPets if you wish.
Won fairly easy first time...
