Pick up an acorn near to the squirrel, you will have a buff for 5 mins. Then if it is not interactable (like it was for me) /reload and there should be a small cog interact over the squirrel - click this and it goes into your bags.

Don't be dumb like me and try for ages to feed the flying squirrel circling one of the trees! There's another tree with squirrels actually called "Acorn Harvester" which you click - this should have given me the clue!

Pick up an acorn on the ground (glows purple), you will have a buff for 5 mins. Then click on the mysterious flower and a squirrel will appear beside tree near the ground by the flower (glows green). click the squirrel with the gear icon, get 栗子.

If you have trouble finding the Acorn Harvester, once you have the Acorn buff, you can use /target Acorn and then place a raid marker on it to make it easier to see.

The 橡子收割者 is part of the 索德拉苏斯的宝藏 achievement in 索德拉苏斯.

Fly west from Tyrhold to the Tyrhold Reservoir to the large tree by the fork in the road.
Search and click an 橡实 under the tree and you have 5 minutes after that with 橡果 to click the 橡子收割者 on the rock by the tree.
After you click the 橡子收割者 you will get 栗子 and with 栗子 you will get the pet 栗子.

If something is not clickable it usually helps to reload the UI with /reload or restart the game.
