He hits like a truck and summons a healer when he starts to get hurt which has about 10% of his HP. Constantly casts AoE shockwaves which do up to 400k damage at ilvl 380. If you want to solo this guy you need to be a Hunter or Warlock imo.

I tried to do him solo on a lvl 70 hunter (415ilvl) and couldn't do it. I got close. I had him in a part of the cave where I'd cleared. After a while he summons a healer which needs to be interrupted and killed. A bit later he summons 2 of them, then 3. By the time he summoned 4 of them I couldn't interrupt kill them all before they healed him back up almost to full and that was right when an elite and regular mob I'd cleared before re-spawned so I gave up and bolted.
