I personally got mine from Bisquius, when spawning him after a Legendary feast. It is of course a pretty decent healer mace, amongst other things (eg caster dps druids, shamans, priests, evokers, etc). But like the drops tab says, it can come from a variety of different rares and do however note that Rare-mob loot is not rolled on your loot spec. In other words, this item can still drop for other classes or specialisations (I'm sick of getting guns and fist weapons off Bisq myself). But without further ado and pretext...

Does anyone know if this text is just flavour, or points to some hidden mystery?
