While this robe is common quality and so currently unavailable for transmog, I'll provide a bit of info on what it's related to, and what can be transmogged...

This robe uses the red-brown (officially "Red") variant of the "Horde A5 Robe" artwork. It's the starting robe for Tauren Druids but it isn't bound and can be traded. Unfortunately there are no transmoggable robes of the same colour, but there are other colours that use the same artwork (see below).

The belt that uses the same artwork and colour is available: 智者腰带.

There's also art in this set for the bracers and boots (and technically the leggings, which are used for the robe skirt), but to my knowledge none are available in the game. The bracers and boots would have a similar colour scheme to the belt. There isn't any artwork for head, shoulders or gloves.

There are four other colours of this artwork. Three are available in the game, but only two are currently transmoggable. See:

Green : 绿纹长袍
Brown : 天然长袍
Orange : used by 感恩者的长袍. It's common quality, so currently couldn't be used for transmog
The final colour, Purple, isn't available in the game, but can be seen on 拍卖师索瓦特 amongst others

According to WOWhead's recent post, https://www.wowhead.com/news/previously-unavailable-starter-gear-available-from-vendors-in-patch-10-0-5-330958?page=4#comments all other starting gear prior to Shadowlands will be available to purchase from vendors in Patch 10.0.5. This will include Chests, Legs and Boots only. :)
