I really don't understand the paladin set at all. Why in the earth are they putting so much shield block rating on their equipment. Having gotten to Yogg already, odds are your guild would have already downed XT enough that you would already have XT's shoulders. These are a situational piece at best. Block rating FTL!

With the new patch coming out soon, block is going to become a much more important stat. it's my understanding that block value on items (other than shields) is going to double. When built right you could be blocking upwards of 5k and this is without talent changes that may be made in 3.2. Stacking that with the huge mitigation tanks get anyway from armor, building a tank with huge block would effectively be a pvp-able build.

your missing the point that Contrite was making... in uldaur gear or even in nax25 gear most paladin tanks are over the unhittable % ... i am before buffs and i dont have any block rating gear. once your over the unhittale % all block rating is wasted, they are buffing block value which is good, but still doesnt make rating any more useful.

as stated before block rating= poop, block value is good... buff to block value wont help much as most tanks in MT gear dont have that much value in their gear anyways.

Lol ... I wonder if these shoulders worth to spend my DKPs on them ... I have Shoulderplates of Deconstructor and it seems to me, that these arent gear boost to spend my points on them :X
