These are found from disenchanting greens. While armor pieces have a 75% chance to produce dust and a 20% chance to produce cosmic essence, weapons have a 75% chance to produce cosmic essence and a 20% chance to produce dust. Both have roughly a 5% chance to produce dream shard.

The item level only determines the maximum quantity of the dust, essence, or shards you get, (not what kind). The any item in the level bracket of 71-75 gives the same amount of enchant mats. Anything from 76-80 will give more.

For most people, just de what you don't want or won't sell. For opportunists, buy greens that are below the average price of the average enchant mats it brings. Than either sell them or enchant vellums and make more profit. Just make sure it is an enchant that is best in slot and sells.

Time to tear up the enchanting guides! This is what you need from 370 to 450 and forget about 无限之尘. These are much cheaper because the guides don't mention them as when the guides were written they were expensive!
Start off with 次级宇宙精华 and make 超级属性 then switch to 强效宇宙精华 at level 375 and make 采集 all the way to level 395. After that move onto 极效生命 to level 410 the it's 精确 all the way to 430.
Get some 梦境碎片 which are also cheap and make 优异护甲 to level 440 and finish off with 强效突袭 al the way to level 450.
This way is much cheaper than the route the online guides suggest!
