wanted to know what resto shamans think about this belt. don't know about the spell haste and how good everyone thinks it is for raiding. would love to hear what people have to say about it

Well since mp5 (yes, even after 2.3.2 water shield buff) is the most important stat for a resto shaman I'd actually have to say it's a close toss up between this and the Belt of Gale Force.

Armor difference is essentially negligible, 60 less hp on Man'kin'do's, 30 less mana on Man'kin'do's, 5 less healing on Gale Force (technically 4.4 when you consider Nature's Blessing). So... do you want a miniscule increase in the time it takes to get a heal off or 2 extra mp5?

I actually haven't made my mind up on this one and considering the small differences and the zero problems I currently have healing - I'd say this is a better question to pose in the entire context of your gear and not just item to item (which is usually what you should end up doing anyway).

I love this thing. The +haste isn't too great alone, however when my scarab of infinite cycle procs it makes it all that more powerful. Badge rewards are all just used to fill item slots you haven't upgraded yet in kara/gruul's, so buy what you need. This belt is what I needed and have been happy with my purchase.

Save your badges on this one. Belt of Gale Force is much easier to get. Go buy Treads of the Life Path instead.

ive been waiting for Naturalist's Preserving Cinch (from Supremus,bt) but ive never seen it drop.

ive been using Clutch of the Soothing Breeze for a while, and i was inspecting someone and saw Man'kin'do's Belt. i was thinking it was sum sw drop, but it turned out to be from badge vendor.

very rarely do u get equips with mp5 AND haste, so now i can save my dkp and this belt is insanely gd if you have stacked haste (which i have) pushing my chain heal to a 2.2sec cast without sacrificing too much mp5.

great belt, 60badges, get it and love it.

This is arguably the best belt you can get pre sunwell.
Its better than the TK trash drop.
Its better than the drops in BT.
Its better than the newer badge belt.

Get it, 30 haste AND 8mp5 is huge.
