The token for this tier 5 piece drops from Kael'thas Sunstrider, the last boss of Tempest Keep: The Eye.

Compare the stats of this robe with the Robes of Heavenly Purpose (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=33203) from the very first boss in Zul'Aman:

+15 stamina
+2 intellect
-6 spirit
+2 healing
Same sockets and socket bonus.

The T5 is better, but only slightly, and MUCH more difficult to get.

However, if you are a priest with 5/5 Spiritual Guidance and 3/3 Meditation (as I'm sure most healing priests are), the stats are:

+15 stamina
+2 intellect
+0.4 Healing
-1.2 mp5

If you also raid with Improved Divine Spirit (whether you have it yourself or raid with another priest who does) the higher spirit on the other robe actually means it beats out this one on healing by 0.2 +healing. A small number, but it means that Tier 5 from Kael'thas is only better because of its higher stamina.
