At first blush, this 2peice bonus is really intriguing to me.

I'd bet that in the average minute of combat, I probably blast AT LEAST 5 or 6 greater heal spells that bring the target to full health. (often 100% overheal)

500-600 less mana consumed per minute ???!!!

And don't get all preachy about wasting mana on the overheal in the first place. Anybody who's healed SSC/Eye knows you often can't afford to risk backing off on an overheal lest the tank take a big crit, and considerring the benefit to the tank should Inspiration proc...

This event happens on 100% overheal, when you use 'Clearcasting' or 'inner focus', its a very nice set bonus to have.
