During the War Within Pre-patch, 旧忆双足飞龙 costs 20,000 残忆 and only purchasable by horde characters, but 残忆 is a Warbound Currency, so farm it on whatever character you want. You will need an alliance character to obtain the counterpart 旧忆金色狮鹫.

Despite what blizzard and some others here suggest, you actually get the Alliance counterpart of this mount automatically upon learning this. So thankfully only have to farm it once if you're after the mount!

If you have 樱花之路 from the Pandaria Remix event, it matches this mount perfectly. It leaves a trail behind the mount very similar in color.

In case you don't know, when you purchase this Horde-specific mount (Remembered Wind Rider), you automatically unlock the mount for the Alliance (Remembered Golden Gryphon) as well and vice-versa. So, you only need to spend 20,000 residual memories to get both!

Took a look in the mount tab and it says the following:
Vendor: 怀念者阿穆尔
Zone: 达拉然
Cost: 25 残忆 ...that's definitely not what I paid... 👀💀😂
