Rarest drop from the IC prepatch event. I have gotten every other thing except this.

For those classes that can dual wield fist weapons, I can confirm you can equip 2 of these.

Also as a side note, your current spec doesn't affect loot drops. I got 2 of these as Elemental Shaman, and furthermore, on my Frost DK (who dual wields 1H) I've had 2H weapons drop from other elites.
