You earn this toy via a small event in Aspirant's Crucible in the southeast part of Bastion.

Loot the 2 Purians from the bowl at 54.37, 82.64.
Place 1 Purian in the tribute bowl at 56.17, 83.06.
Place 1 Purian in the tribute bowl at 54.43, 83.88.
Follow the trail of anima and loot the toy at 53.51, 80.38.

Location: 53.51 80.38 (Scroll)
World Zone: 晋升堡垒
Criteria of: 晋升堡垒的宝藏

The treasure required specific actions to obtain 万世卷轴.

You need to collect two 莲榴 at 54.37 82.64 coordinates (small plate on the table).
Place them into the tribute bowls at 56.17 83.06 and 54.43 83.88.
There will a trails appears leading you straight to the scroll you need to interact to.

11/23: Get the toy but don't use it yet. Seems to be a bug that crashes you when learning it. Happened to multiple people on clicking the toy. I am getting "Character not found" errors now.

万世卷轴 is a reward for completing 万世卷轴 treasure in Bastion.
Scroll of Aeons is located South-East of Aspirant's Rest flight point.
To activate the treasure you have to take 2 莲榴 from the table
then bring them to tribute bowls which will activate a road leading to treasure.
Part of 晋升堡垒的宝藏 achievement.

If you're looking a way to become spirit permanently, there is one.
Death Door Charm has almost identical effect and is also 30 min CD
Requires revered with Valarjar, which is pretty tough to get. You need to complete all quests in legion area and then do world quests/spam one instance to get to revered

8 德沃丝之赐	"This one was hard for me xD. Treasure is 27 21 but first you need to pick up 奉献之火 23 24. Now very important you need to go with flame to point where is treasure and drop it to 奉献火盆 On right side from chest then you will get buff 忠诚之证 and now You can open Treasure. Any Hit on you is removing flame. Problem is that is 5 mobs next to treasure you need to kill them before and come with flame before respawn or like i done ask someone to pull mobs making you space to get inside with no problems. So just a word of warning, if you delete the Purians (like I did) without realising what they were for then they will not respawn at that the location nearby. No idea if they respawn anywhere else or if I am totally screwed but yea just a heads up

Ghostly appearance items (which let you retain your form):

死亡之门护符 - 30 minute duration, 1 hour cooldown
万世卷轴 - 30 minute duration, 1 hour cooldown
艾利的天镜 - 10 minute duration, 1 hour cooldown
妒梦之镜 - 15 minute duration, 2 hour cooldown

自制宴会面具 - 10 minute duration, 1 hour cooldown (also gives you a mask and an animated "hat")
神秘的新生帽 - 5 minute duration, 5 minute cooldown (also gives you a mage's hat, robe, and book)

You can also use 个人全息投影仪 to give yourself different colors. For example, using 迷时水手结晶 will turn you purple, so if you use the hologram before, then the rime, and then use the skymirror on your hologram you will have the visage of a purple ghost instead of translucent ghost.

You can also use 毒心魔典 while you have rime active if you want to have a 10-minute fully solid skeleton.

Ghostly items that change your form:
卡莱莎的魂萦坠饰 - 30 minute duration, 15 minute cooldown
迷时水手结晶 - 10 minute duration, 2 hour cooldown
布尔吉·黑心的时装帽 - infinite duration, 3 second cooldown (be careful about this, it overrides most other illusions)
护火者之誓 - 10 minute duration, 10 minute cooldown (it's an item, not a toy, so this takes an inventory slot)
圣光微粒 - 5 minute duration, 30 minute cooldown

So, I only found one spot that the Purians would pick up (54, 82) ... this might have been fixed with the many, many other bugs that have been found with the different events. I couldn't get this to work in the beginning of the expansion, so I am not sure if there are requirements. However, I was able to pick them up and it automatically loots 2 at the same time. Both of the tribute bowls were close by. After you use the 2nd one, you get the path to the treasure. I don't know why I didn't fly it, so I'm not sure if you have to run on it or if you can fly. Some things to note about the appearance. As of right now, I tried using it with Sinrunner Blanchy like someone suggested and the appearance actually goes away. The buff doesn't, though, so I can dismount and get it back. The only mounts that use the appearance with you are ones that you actually turn INTO, like the Sandstone Drake or the Obsidian Nightwing).

I don't know how many things they have fixed, but if you had problems with it before, I would go back and try it again or do it on an alt if you can to at least get the toy! If you need it for the achievement and just cannot get it to work, I would definitely submit a ticket. This expansion has been the absolute worst with bugs coming and going and then coming back randomly.

Not sure if it's intended but if you use the 万世卷轴 whilst riding the spirit of Ka-Sha (by using 银白碎皮兽之哨) then you still have the effect of the scroll on you, whilst Ka-Sha however, has it's ghostly form removed, showing it's original form.
