This mount is the third reward you get from the new Recruit A Friend rewards. You get the rewards based on how many months your recruited friends stay subscribed.

1 Month: 里奇的遮阳帽
2 Months: 30 days gametime.
3 Months: 探险者的迷沙骆驼的缰绳
4 Months: 探险者执照
5 Months: 30 days of gametime.
6 Months: 幻象：钉刺之尘
7 Months: 声名远播的探险者的战袍
8 Months: 30 days of gametime.
9 Months: 探险者的丛林中转机的钥匙
10 Months: 声名远播的探险者的背包
11 Months: 30 days of gametime.
12 Months: 套装：声名远播的探险者的装束

After these 12 months, you will get an additional 30 days of gametime for every 3 months your recruited friends stay subscribed.

Some comments from my site after I just retrieved that rather nice mount some minutes ago.

1. you can use existing sub accounts within your battle net account. Means that you don't have to create completely new ones and don't have to buy the game before. Of course your sub account shouldn't have any existing game time. I am also not quite sure, how long ago your last gametime purchase with that sub account has to be

2. you can boost your battle net account balance by purchasing a wow coin ingame with gold and then use that balance to buy game time with the recruited sub account

3. In my case I was able to recruit 4 sub accounts and ingame the popup still says : 1 of 4 friends have used the link. So I guess, that you could recruit more then 4 sub accounts within your battle net account

4. you only get one reward per month and sub account. Means, that you either have to wait or have to create and / or recruit 9 sub accounts to get both month in one go. In my case, I will have to wait 3 month, since I tested a 3 month playtime gift with my first sub account (just for you, my fellow friends, just for science...) and that obviously didn't work out

5. Not quite sure about that, but I have the feeling, that the game time reward can only be rewarded to one account, so make sure to redeem all rewards on your main account first, just to be on the safe site

To sum up, I purchased 9 wow tokens, recruited 4 existing sub accounts in my battle net account, already got the camel and will wait 2 more month for the plane.
