This Tabard is the 7th reward you get from the new Recruit A Friend rewards. You get the rewards based on how many months your recruited friends stay subscribed.

1 Month: 里奇的遮阳帽
2 Months: 30 days gametime.

5 Months: 30 days of gametime.
6 Months: 幻象：钉刺之尘
7 Months: 声名远播的探险者的战袍

11 Months: 30 days of gametime.

After these 12 months, you will get an additional 30 days of gametime for every 3 months your recruited friends stay subscribed.
