I can confirm these does indeed drop in patch 4.0.1. Just got them on my druid, 21st of October.

This is part of Tier 1 PVE raid set 大地之怒 .All part of the set can by looted in 熔火之心 lvl 60 raid , which is located beyond 黑石深渊 in the deepest part of 黑石山.

Set contains :
大地之怒腰带 Zone drop,
大地之怒护腕 Zone drop,
大地之怒长靴 dropped by 鲁西弗隆 - 21% drop chance,
大地之怒外衣 dropped by 焚化者古雷曼格 - 22% ,
大地之怒肩饰 dropped by 迦顿男爵 - 26% ,
大地之怒护手 dropped by 基赫纳斯 - 27% ,
大地之怒头盔 dropped by 加尔 - 18% ,
大地之怒腿甲 dropped by 玛格曼达 - 19% .

Wearing more pieces of this set will convey bonuses to your character.

3 pieces: The radius of your totems that affect friendly targets is increased to 30 yd.
5 pieces: After casting your Healing Wave or Healing Surge spell, gives you a 25% chance to gain Mana equal to 35% of the base cost of the spell.
8 pieces: Your Healing Wave will now jump to additional nearby targets. Each jump reduces the effectiveness of the heal by 80%, and the spell will jump to up to two additional targets.

I'm just after looting this item as 09/07/19 in mechagon with the quest where you spawn "bosses" just before the junkwatt Depot ( sorry lads i don't have the name in my head) but the boss had the aspect of Baron Geddon so I assume it is some sort of easter or maybe a bug, i haven't a clue.

These just dropped for my warlock from the 数据畸体, they are still bind when picked up.
I think it would be generally cool if we were able to collect different transmogs despite not playing the specific class...

Even with the reformed xmog rules, where you learn any item on deletion or vendoring, this follows the old rules. If you get this on anything but a shaman, you can never learn the xmog. Selling it does not unlock it.
