Rogues, farm until you get these. Unless you're a Leatherworker, these will probably be your best rogue pants until level 51, when the 战争护腿 become available in Blackrock Depths. The ultrarare 天灾犬护腿 never seem to drop or be available in the AH. And the awesome 黑色风暴护腿 are BoP and therefore useless if you're not a Leatherworker. The 雷暴短裤 are arguably better, but now that the patterns for 雷暴手套 and 雷暴护肩 have been removed from the game, you'll need to find an LW who learned the patterns previously in order to complete the 雷暴. And that's still only available at level 50.

Farming the entire set with my main (two accounts) didn't take too many runs (less than 20).

The drop chance seems to be lower now. I've ran Scholomance at least 20 times today trying for these pants for transmorg and still have yet to get them. Be sure you really want these before going in because you will be at it a while!

These leggings were a drop from the six mini-bosses in 黑暗院长加丁's room prior to the complete revamp of Scholomance in patch 5.0.4. It has since been re-added in patch 10.1.5 with the "Legacy of Scholomance", a recreation of the original version.
