This legendary's worth is quite dependant on the fight... if it grants an extra use of Metamorphosis then it's decent, otherwise it's more or less a stat stick. Where it truly shines is when combined with 凝结的命运. Together, these two items reduce the cooldown of Metamorphosis by 1:40-1:50, and with a relic that reduces Meta cd the final value of Metamorphosis cooldown is 1:50-2 minutes.

Ideally, these allow you to get 恶魔变形 down to a 2 minute CD to line up with and .

Ways to reduce 恶魔变形's cooldown:

15 per relic - 浸魔颚骨碎片 or 暮色之息, which further modify 魔性释放
1 secs per 30 fury spent - 崇高的幻象 - which is easily 60-80+ seconds over 2 minutes.
5 secs per proc - 凝结的命运 (which we know has a 4.35 PPM for us so ~40-43 secs over 2 minutes)

This means with the combo of 崇高的幻象, 1 relic, and 凝结的命运 we have 65+15+40=120 seconds which is the goal.

You could do 3 relics (+45) and hope for 75 seconds from 崇高的幻象, which would exclude needing the trinket.

: 恶魔变形 has a 4 minute CD BASELINE with 3/3 魔性释放, which everyone will have.
: I do not have these yet, but based on the proc: 崇高的幻象 I was able to determine that for me, without 半巨人之怒, these would provide around 60-80 seconds of reduction every 2 minutes. Data is based on my fury gains/spends on trilliax, krosus, and gul'dan fights for the first 2 minutes of the fight. Take the ( fury spent / 30 ) = Seconds reduced. For me this was around 1800 - 2600 fury spent (lower was higher movement and less gen)

Everyone seems to get downvoted for saying you can get this in a chest but I can very truthfully say- I got this in a chest from The Wardens emissary quest. I forget the name of the chest. I got accused of being a hacker (lol) but I'm dead serious.
