This mount, 声威森林骏马, is available through the new PvP system in Legion. It is granted at Prestige Level 17.

Through the Prestige system you work your way to Honor Level 50, unlocking talents on the way. Once reaching Honor Level 50, you can "Prestige", unlocking cosmetic rewards by doing so. Thereafter you earn Honor to progress through 50 more levels (your talents remain unlocked permanently) and acquiring more Prestige levels.

Increased Prestige will yield more rewards the more you do it (mounts, Artifact appearances, Toys, etc.). The Prestige rewards do not require any particular rating in Arenas/Rated Battlegrounds - they can be obtained just by grinding honor to over time.

There are 6 colour variations of this mount that are available at Prestige levels 4, 9, 13, 17, 21 and 25.

So how much of a difference is legion prestige to bfa honor levels?

In Legion, Prestige 1 to 26 was 45k honor per prestige (not factoring in the shorter prestige 1), so 45,000*26 = 1,170,000 honor to get prestige 26.

In BfA, each Honor level requires 8800 honor and there is 500 Honor levels, so 8,800*500 = 4,400,000 honor to get honor level 500.
