Just want to clarify, since there seems to be a bit of confusion, this item is the reward of reaching prestige level 3, so when you hit level 50 of prestige level 2 (which means you become prestige level 3) you get this item.

There was a subtle change to this item in patch 7.2. It now acts as a real cloth pennant should (as opposed to a nearly stationary piece of cardboard pre-patch).

For instance, if you're falling, the flag will get whipped up into the air. If you stand still it droops down. If you're on a boat that's turning and moving quickly the flag will whip around and move with the direction of the wind. Nothing game changing, I know, but I appreciate changes like this. <3

So how much of a difference is legion prestige to bfa honor levels?

In Legion, Prestige 1 to 26 was 45k honor per prestige (not factoring in the shorter prestige 1), so 45,000*26 = 1,170,000 honor to get prestige 26.

In BfA, each Honor level requires 8800 honor and there is 500 Honor levels, so 8,800*500 = 4,400,000 honor to get honor level 500.
