This legendary empowers a different passive spell for each 德鲁伊 spec, increasing its effectiveness by 75%. Below is a summary of how the Legendary affects each spell:

What is notable is that each 德鲁伊 spec has a talent at the 45 tier that grants them certain spells from another spec. These are:

ALL of the above passives affected by this legendary are passives that you can obtain via the affinity spells. For example, a Feral druid with 艾克雷斯，创世者 will benefit from 26.25% increased movement speed, as well as 17.5% damage reduction with 守护亲和 talented.

UPDATE: The latest Beta patch has adjusted many of the passive effects of these legendaries. The following represents the most current in-game data as of August 26/16 (many of the Wowhead tooltips have not been updated yet!)

This is one of the new legendary world drops that are coming in Legion. Some of these drops are class-specific, and others are shared between classes (or have no class requirement at all!)

At the beginning of Legion, only 1 legendary item can be equipped at a time. Over time, as the expansion progresses this cap will be increased (Source).

Here is some further information about these items:

The legendary items are intended to be used for the entire expansion. They are currently item level 895, and it remains to be seen whether this will change prior to release, or during Legion itself (for comparison, Mythic mode gear from 翡翠梦魇 is iLvl 880).
Thus far, it appears that legendaries will drop from dungeon bosses, raid bosses, PvP Strongboxes, Mythic+ Weekly Caches and World Quest Caches (rewarded after completing 4 world quests). As it stands, these will be the ONLY sources that will yield legendaries. While the legendaries are rare drops, they are not fully random - there will be ways to target specific items (Source).
More difficult content will have a higher chance of dropping these items (Source)

Some level of bad luck streak protection also applies to legendary items (i.e. the chances of you getting a legendary will slowly increase if you don't have one drop). (Source: Legion Summit Dev Interview, Video | Text Summary)
If the slot for the item is transmoggable, you can transmog these legendaries to other appearances, and vice versa (unlike legendary items from previous expansions) (Source)
Legion legendary procs/effects will be disabled in instanced PvP (Source)
Blizzard plans to institute a "suppression aura" in effect for a certain number of weeks after Mythic raids are available, which would disable any legendary item passive effects (they would still function normally as high-ilvl regular items, with the primary/secondary stats intact). (Source)

UPDATE - As per the latest information, Legion legendaries WILL BE allowed in all raid situations, INCLUDING Mythic difficulty. The previously noted "suppression aura" in Mythic will not be implemented. (Source: Legion Summit Dev Interview, Video | Text Summary)

All legendary bonus effects are passive "Equip" effects (there are no "Use" effects on these items)
All Legion legendaries are Bind-on-Pickup, and cannot be sold, traded or listed on the Auction House.

How come "Thick Hide" still says it's 6% reduced damage taken? Even if I have Ekowraith equipped or not. Shouldnt it be 9% or something?
Also, "Ysera's Gift" is 1.5% even though i'm using Restoration Affinity.

As a guardian druid, sometimes I swap to balance affinity for the extra range on easier mythic plus.

If you have the same idea, be careful in the dungeons with tighter spaces or mob packs you want to avoid.

I just did Court of Stars. With a 23 yard range on typhoon and 37 yards on incapacitating roar, I managed to pull extra packs all over the place near the beginning areas.

As of patch 7.2 its effect is not functioning properly.

It goes in and out intermittently. For example, with the Astral Influence talent, for Rake, the legendary would increase your range from 10 yards to 14yards. Now it bounces between the two every few seconds. Same with it's interaction with Feline Swiftness: Max movement speed jumps up and down. Haven't tested with Iron Fur but it stands to reason that it's the same story.

Here's a link to a post on the WoW bug report forum that contains a short video example of an abilities max range bouncing around. If anyone else notices this then please put in a reply on the bug report forum to get the issue some attention.

Legendaries
Due to the changes to the Guardian Druid scenario, legendaries can greatly increase your chance at success.
Your first legendary should ideally be Luffa Wrappings. This will easily allow you to Thrash the Inquisitor from outside his Aura of Decay with Balance Affinity
An alternative is Ekowraith, Creator of Worlds which will also allow you to Thrash the Inquisitor from outside but at a slightly smaller radius

Lets see

Ranges:

痛击: 8 yards
平衡亲和: 5 yards

For 丝瓜裹腕

(8+5) * 1.25 = 16,25 ~ 17 yards

or

(8*1,25) + 5 = 15 yards

For 艾克雷斯，创世者

8 + (5 * 1,75) = 16,75 ~ 17 yards

So as the result looks. With Ekko you have a higher range or the same after rounding. Please point out my failure if i made one, but for me it seem to be that Ekko is the better option for simply range.
