Likely a purple variation of the existing Nordrassil Wisp, and almost certainly a drop from Archimonde in the Battle for Mount Hyjal Raid.

*NOTE: The model viewer as of 6.1 is wrong. This is indeed a purple wisp variant, and not the glitchy blue mess the model viewer suggests.

Indeed, I looted it from 阿克蒙德, last boss in 海加尔峰. My second kill in 6.1.

海加尔小精灵 turns into a 海加尔小精灵 and drops from 阿克蒙德 in the 海加尔峰 Raid.

And his pet Abilities and Level are:
(lvl - 1) 回馈 or (lvl - 10) 奥术冲击
(lvl - 2) 隐没 or (lvl - 15) 烧灼驱魔
(lvl - 4) 祈愿 or (lvl - 20) 魔法增效

Achievement: This pet is also needed for the following achievement! 缰绳来袭III：畅饮太阳之井

i test drop rate, i kill 阿克蒙德 15 time and pet dro only one, I think that is not very high dropi.
