Garrison Resource Cache - when looted player receives 100 Garrison Resources.

Found underwater at Tuurem in Talador at location 62, 32. Found while on the quest 为切割而生, which brings you right past it in a straight line from the camp.

I didn't get a screenshot of it before I clicked it but this is what it looks like: A pinkish-purple crystal that resembles 共鸣水晶

It's visible from above the water, and can even be seen while flying on a flight path.

If you see the 湖底杀手 eels then you're in the right place.
I have submitted screenshots of the location for those of you who are looking, and will also include them here.

There are four 100-resource items in Draenor.

钢铁部落武器箱 (36596) in Gorgrond (49.3, 43.6)
毒牙毒液 (36364) in Spires of Arak (54.3, 32.5)
艾米瑟尔水晶 (34236) in Talador (62.1 32.5)
残存奥金尼兵器 (34253) in Talador (55.2, 66.8)

All are consumed on use. To determine if you're already looted them, copy and paste the following command in your chat and substitute the "xxxxx" with the 5-digit ID I've provided after each item name. "true" means you've looted it, "false" means you haven't.

/run print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(xxxxx))

e.g. /run print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(34263))
true
