The Full Brewfest Garb will most likely be used when completing one of the Brewfest achievements that is introduced in Wrath of the Lich King. Since you can't use multiple items in same slot you will have to get one of the hat, slippers or boots and regalia or dress to complete the set.

Note the set bonus says that it only requires 3 pieces, further leading towards an achievement.

The reason why you only need 3 pieces to complete this set is. Theres 4 diffrent hats, 2 boots and 2 chest.

Just a quick reminder. To maximize the use of your gold coins(Tokens) make sure the first thing you save up to buy is the full three piece outfit.

Then right away go to Dalaran and equip it and then type /dance. This will get you your Disturbing the Peace Achievement for brewfest.

Then get back to the brewfest vendor and sell it back to him for a full refund of the 350 gold coins.(You only have 2hrs to return it so don't waste time)

Then with that money go and buy the Pet Pink Elephant and join the Brew of the Month club.

This safes you 300 gold coins if done this way.

You can now transmog the Brewfest Regalia set! This includes all armor sets (cloth, leather, mail, and plate). So no matter what armor you wear, you can join in on all the Brewfest-ivities. Finally, a time I can use my Brewfest Kodo and Ram mount to match my transmog. And of course, I have my Alterac Brew-Pup too.
