The four objects have shared spawn points, you can find them in multiple predefined locations over the 永恒岛. They are rare and have a yet unknown respawn timer but check the locations below frequently and you'll get them all sooner or later.

These objects are the officially confirmed way to break into the Mysterious Den, where 斯普鲁克 resides along with one of the Sturdy Chests.

Verified locations (by myself):

47.3-80.8 --- South side of the ramp that leads up to Firewalker Ruins.
55.3-50.3 --- Under the broken bridge, in front of the Mysterious Den.
63.1-45.3 --- On a ledge to the west of the pathway in the Blazing Way area.
55.6-59.3 --- On the top of the hill-spike that connects the upmost pair of Ordon bridges.
50.4-71.7 --- On the stoned area east of the Everlasting Spritewood.
68.4-60.4 --- Near the ruined tower on the east as you pass through the bridge from Firewalker Ruins.
42.8-55.4 --- Next to 皇帝少昊's tribune.
48.0-51.2 --- On a rock, north side of Mossgreen Lake.
25.0-71.9 --- Next to the Alliance camp graveyard.
64.5-72.3 --- On a stump in Croaking Hollow.

32.6-32.8 --- On a rock at the west side of 3-Breeze Terrace.
22.4-38.7 --- Next to the Horde camp graveyard.

All waypoints on all the wowhead pages so far for one pasteable macro. Found two Cloudstrike Helms within 10 minutes, and two Tridents within 10 minutes, though I'm certain they weren't up at the same time. They were shiny, tiny mogu heads. Big enough to be apparent if you're looking for them. Reply to this post and I'll add yours. Got Cloudstrike Helm and Trident in same location in <45 minutes. Took about 4 hours on a low pop server to find all four.

If you ever wondered, there can be more than one of these up in the same time. I've found 河语者三叉戟 in The Blazing Way and 雪流虎爪 east of Firewalker Ruins. I've run back to the first one I've found to make sure.

For anyone doing this in Warlords of Draenor, a really easy method I used was to realm hop. The addon "Cross Realm Assist" is good for this, amongst other things like the four Tanaan bosses.

Just pick a spawn mentioned in other comments (I chose 37.7 41.1, next to the rock) and just hop realms until they all appear. The quickest method with the least running around, in my opinion. :)
