Found the Flameheart Shawl on a shorter ledge against the south side of the ramp that goes to the Firewalker Ruins. Not entirely sure on spawn time but I was there for around 10-15 minutes but the real time is uncertain.

Gives you the 烈焰之心 ability when picked up.
When used, you charge towards a set location (30 yds max) and blast fire out an 8 yd circular wave. Does about 250,000 damage to only one target (this may be a bug).

The ability lasts 10 minutes, and has a minute long cooldown.
Does not persist through death.

I found this item at (65.4, 51.7) near a grave yard inside the Whispershade Hollow.
The same graveyard where you do the daily trivia quest (永恒之疑) from 资深历史学家伊夫琳娜.
If standing outside the graveyard facing Evelyna, the 2 big rocks on the RIGHT hand side. I found it sitting on top of the rock closest to the Grave Yard. It's very small, I don't know how I saw it (completely by accident might I add.) but I now know this is a spawn point for those of you looking for a new achievement!

Found one at 39: 77 in Old Pi'Jiu, in the wreck of a cart, next to one of the shrines.

I can't get it to actually hit any enemies in 9.X. The effect is big and fiery, and it will aggro enemies in the area that looks like it would cause damage, but there are no combat log entries and no enemies take any damage.
