火焰之油* (the "spell") is available and obtained from an Alchemy Trainer at an Alchemy skill level of 130. After it is learned, you will be able to create the "item" 火焰之油.

火焰之油 is used as a reagent for 深红丝质披风, 深红丝质手套, 深红丝质护肩, 火力药剂, 强效火力药剂, 附魔披风 - 次级火焰抗性, and 火焰防护药水.

To make a single 火焰之油, you will need two (2) 火鳞鳝鱼s and one (1) 水晶瓶. If you enjoy 钓鱼, then obtaining the 火鳞鳝鱼s will be a SNAP (sorry, bad sense of humor), if not, these fish can generally be found on the 拍卖行 for a relatively cheap price.
