One of the best looking cloaks ingame(imo), I really wish they'd reuse the model and colors for another one. Very sad this pretty cloak is almost never seen :(

its a very cheap cloak considering the 7 fire resistance u can get it requires low lvl tailoring to make and if u get a good enchanter they can give u a +7 fire resistance enchant for only round 10gs so when it all comes together its around 14gs for +14 fire resisntance

the pattern is sold in booty bay by the same vendor, for both sides, remember everyone that booty bay is a neutral area.
