Oddly, this cloak has a higher level requirement than the vest of the mini-set. It just seems unusual to me considering the fact that the chest piece would usually have the highest requirement.

As a tailor/enchanter I have found this to be the cheapest and easiest item to make to get Soul Dust.

Get Pattern: Azure Silk Cloak from vendor in Thalanaar/Hammerfall (15s). Vendor carries only 1.

In Hammerfall, the vendor is in the large rectangular building near the entrance. It's the same building that the first aid artisan quest is in. For Thalanaar, the vendor is standing in a lighted gazebo, a little north of the rest of the camp.

gonna disenchant this stuff to make mass amount of soul dust, to help level my enchanting ill let you all know if its worth doing

Ok heres a run down for enchanters/tailoring
i brought 160 silk cloth costing 75 silver a stack approx + mats used to make the cloak total cost came to less than 7 gold.

i was able to make 13 Azure Silk Cloak's which i managed to disenchant into

27 soul dust

10 lesser Mystic essence

which was valued at by using actioneer at 14.38 gold
its a small profit indeed but it you intend to level enchanting this should work out cheaper.

btw average price of soul dust on my server was 9.60 gold and for lesser Mystic essence it was 1.42 gold in case any one wondered how i got the figures.

also following the guide for enchanting on Almostgaming.com
your going to need about 70 soul dust costing estimate of 15-20 gold but this should basically level you from 130 to around 180 .
p.s i will be attempting to use tailoring to reduce cost to level enchanting, when I'm above 180 i will post comments on the next item I'm disenchanting.

Azure set, for aoe-mage-leveling with increases frost damage:

23 lvl: 碧蓝丝质短裤, Tailoring (140)

24 lvl: 碧蓝丝质手套, recipe: 基瑞娜, 温纳·银须

25 lvl: 碧蓝丝质外衣 Tailoring (150)

30 lvl: 碧蓝丝质披风 recipe: 布琳娜·星光, 祖恩哈

33 lvl: 碧蓝护肩 - 图样：碧蓝护肩 - rare drop, random npc 30-50 lvl

While waiting for this recipe to respawn I:

Bolted about 1000 silk cloth.
Purchased all the mats for all the bolts I would craft.
Recalculated mats I needed. Purchased more.
Got bored. Ate some candy. (IRL)
Got bored, looked at 碧蓝丝质短裤
Crafted over 60 pants.
Ran out of bag space.
DE'd pants.

Still no spawn.

I left.

Roughly 20 minutes total?

Turned around.. Looked one more time. cloak pattern spawned. FML.... so I bought it.
