This whole "set" (Azure Silk) is great for frost mages using AOE grinding to level up. Combine this with https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=2950 and you have some very nice +frost damage.

The whole azure set for a tailor is the best set for a mage thats lvlin 20-30 then robes of lich and robes of doan come in :P
