Many players overlook this recipe, I think.
If you're short on money, or just starting out on a new server, these are great to resell.
Now, don't go crazy with the price, obviously you'll need to test the water. Prices always depend on the economic state of your server.

For my server, there's an abundance of Alliance and not too many Horde. I play Horde here, so it works in my favor, a little.
Currently I usually put about 3 of these up at a time and sell them for 2g bid - 3g buyout.
They always fly for me.

*Note: These can be found in Razor Hill, not far from Orgrimmar. Grimtak (NPC) is a <Butcher> and can be found near the exit toward The Barrens.
Coordinates for the NPC are: 51, 42.

As Alliance, I purchased the recipe that said Recipe: Scorpid Surprise on the AH, only for it to magically turn into Recipe: Beer Basted Boar Ribs when it went into my bag. It happened twice. A GM told me that I must be mistaken. So while I was chatting with him, I purchased another and pointed out that while I was talking to him, the same thing happened. He disappeared for 5 minutes and came back with "This is in our known bug database" and refunded the purchase price of all three recipes (and letting me keep the Ribs recipes).

I was hoping this was fixed. However today I purchased the recipe Horde-side and transferred it myself via neutral AH to another account of mine. Again, once the recipe was in my Alliance bag, the recipe magically changed.

Hopefully this bug will be fixed. Be wary of this glitch if you're trying to buy either of these two recipes, as it's been reported that the glitch goes both ways.

This is really weird. I talked to the NPC 3 times and didn't see it in his sales list. Then while typing up a reply here to announce it's unusual disappearance it appeared. It's not even a rare (numbered) recipe either, nor did it go into an empty slot in his trade window. It replaced one of his items but I'm not sure which one.

This is not a bug, this is not a glitch. I was told by blizzard that this is a Horde only recipe. End of discussion.

idk if it was just the disappearing act that linaeri reported a few patchs ago or not, but this item only turned up after i completed the return to razor hill quest chain
Edit: ok, after trying this on another toon, without fulling completing the quest chain (but having the last quest in my log) it showed up, so it looks like it may just be the disappearing bug

Anytime I start on a new server, I create a new Orc toon and run up to razor hill to buy some and then run to Org to sell them. Easy money on any server I have ever played on. I've never had to list them for less than 5 gold. They always sell.

I talked to the vendor after having completed the delivery quest and the recipe didn't show up for me. Can anyone else confirm whether or not he still sells it?

Cook Torka does not sell this receipe. He is not a vendor.

You get it from the butcher standing next to him.

Weird. Recipe Radar and Thottbot both say Grimtak in Razor Hill sells the recipe, but it's not available to me as a 60 Orc Warrior, nor a 21 Troll Shaman who was passing by that I asked them to check. Anyone know what happened to it? This is on Lightninghoof.

Grimtak the butcher still sells it, and it is unlimited. The butcher is to the right of the inn, somewhat on the side; Closer to the western entrance of the town.

Recipe is Horde only.

(unless you go through the tedious process of trying to transfer items)

ppl, its w/ the butcher guy, in the first collumn, 2nd from the bottom, i should know, i just bought it... u know the guy who tells u to go get the eggs, the guy right next to him is the butcer (in case u couldn't find him)... right there

If you're looking at the comments on this recipe, plan, or quest you might be a collector or completionist.
This is a compiled list of all of the cross-faction recipes in the game.

Most (not all) 烹饪 recipes on the Alliance side are sold by 肯多尔·卡邦卡. The Horde do not have a corresponding NPC, so if you are an Alliance character wanting to create an alt on the opposite side to obtain the recipes for your main, unfortunately you'll have to have a level appropriate character to do the quests to obtain some of these recipes.

All of the recipes except one (设计图：兽人护腿) can be traded cross-faction on the neutral AH.
