These boots are easily better than Stillwater Boots from Rage

Gemmed properly its a choice of 104 healing and 8 mp5 over 84 healing and 10 mp5. To me the Treads of the Life Path have have it over Stillwater. /sigh @ farming 60 badges now.

If you go for 2xRoyal Nightseye you will only loose +7 healing, which is not a big deal in my eyes, mp/5 is a very important stat, but its up to the individual resto shaman ofc.

Also, with the Vitality enchant you are looking at a total of +97 healing and +14/mp5 & +4 hp/5.

Other gems that could be very useful in these boots (and wont loose you the +7 healingbonus) are the following:

Iridescent Fire Opal
Luminous Pyrestone
Luminous Fire Opal

These are more optional ofc, and theyre unique-equipped (except for the Luminous Pyrestone) But imo, these boots are one of the best you can get in the entire game atm. So possibly stick one of those gems into them, because it's worth it.

Ofc there are several blue gems aswell.

Luminous Noble Topaz
Gleaming Dawnstone
Dazzling Talasite

These are just some of the options. In the end its up to you ofc :) Me myself will put a Iridescent Fire Opal and a Royal Nightseye in these.

These (gemmed properly) are currently the best resto shaman boots in the game. Three KZ runs, and you've got 'em.
Edit: Don't forget about vitality!

As if of patch 2.3.2 these got a new look.

Now instead of being "skin tight" they not appear to have "mass" giving them a much needed better look.

For people interested in transmog:

While not an official "set" these form part of the "Zul'Aman Red" mail set (derived from the texture names in the database). Pieces (including much overlap) are available from both G'eras in Shattrath and from the new ZA/ZG instances. Unfortunately the headpiece can no longer be obtained from any source and is missing from the game. Both a kilt and leggings are available, depending on your taste. The full list of matching items are:

There is also a purple version of this set, available in the new ZA/ZG instances. Only the boots seem to be missing:

There are also at least few pieces for a green version. Perhaps more than I haven't found yet:

Wrists: 平稳护腕 (sold by 基厄拉斯, 沙塔斯城)
Hands: 狙击护手 (sold by 基厄拉斯, 沙塔斯城)
Legs: (pants only, no kilt) 狡诈伪装短裤 (sold by 基厄拉斯, 沙塔斯城)
Chest: unavailable, used to be 箭雨胸甲 in the old ZA
Head, Shoulders, Waist, Feet: unavailable, unsure if there ever were any
